It had been a month since Dabi's last visit. But I didn't care. It wasn't like I wanted to see him at all. I had more time to focus on my work-study and school. Ever since the kidnapping of the first year, all U.A. students had moved into dorms, not just the long distance students. I had chose to live in the dorms rather than my house as my mom wanted me to gain a sense of independence before going out into the real world. I was currently walking to my work-study today. As I turned the street I looked up to see a billboard with a reporter talking about the latest news on a new villain known as Overhaul. I sighed as I continued to walk to the agency. It seemed as if a new villain was popping up every week. I soon arrived in front of the building and opened the door. I looked up to see Edgeshot looking distressed.

"Everything okay?"

I asked as I set my stuff down. He nodded.

"Just heard word from a small hero agency, they are teaming up with other agencies to attack a notorious villain known as Overhaul."

He said.

"I saw him on some news report, What exactly makes him a target for them?"

I asked concerned.

"He can destroy and rebuild anything he touches. He is very dangerous. I heard from the smaller hero agency that he was planning on finding a way to remove all quirks."

I gasped.

"That's terrible!"

"Indeed. I hope they can stop him before he puts his plan into motion."

He said.

"Same here. I couldn't imagine a world without quirks."

I said as I picked up my hero costume and walked to the bathroom to change. As I was walking out and putting my hair up in a braid I saw Edgeshot sitting down.

"No patrol today?"

I asked as I set my bag down.

"I think you should patrol by yourself again. You are about to graduate soon and become a valuable sidekick. I think you will be able to manage on your own today."

He said. I nodded.

"I will. Thank you for the opportunity."

I said as I exited the building.

"I guess I will just walk my normal route. See if anything out of the ordinary is happening."

I mumbled to myself as I set off. I waved hi to some kids who were admiring me from afar.

It feels good, knowing that I have some supporters.

I thought as I continued to walk. Soon I reached the shopping street.

Where it all happened.

I thought as I continued to walk down the street. I didn't want to remember this place at all. I just wanted to forget everything that had happened there. I hated working with a villain and putting numerous lives in danger. But I had to if I wanted to stay alive to save others. I looked over at the store to see no one suspicious in there. I sighed with relief as I continued to walk down the street. I soon passed an alleyway and noticed a dark figure standing in it. I shivered as I walked away. It was just one person, if it were two it would have been okay to investigate. Suddenly I felt my phone buzz. I pulled out my phone but there were no new notifications. I tensed up as I slowly pulled out the flip phone. I opened it to see there was a new text message from BOSS.

I was hoping you would stop by and say hello.

I read.

"Why here out of all places?"
