As we approached the club, Dabi looked up at us, perplexed.

"Thought I told ya this was Eria's job."

"Change of plans. Wanted to tag along."

"Don't get in our way, or else."

"Yeah yeah, I'm just here for the cause."

"I got a new job for us today."

He said.

"Do I have to go talk to another creepy guy?"

I asked.

"Maybe."

Dabi said. I groaned.

"What even is the job?"

I asked.

"We have to go to a bar and meet up with someone. They didn't tell me who they were so I don't know if they're a man or a woman. We need to be cautious, especially since bird brain decided to join."

Dabi said. Hawks laughed.

"Dont worry, I'll stay out of your way. Won't even know I'm here."

Dabi groaned.

"They're waiting. Let's go."

We walked into the club. It wasn't as crowded as the first time. Rather it was just five people including us. The bartender and a woman at the bar. She turned around to see us and grinned wickedly. I shivered. She looked intimidating. She had dark red hair, green eyes, and was wearing a black bodycon dress. I looked over to see Dabi slightly grinning. We started to walk over to the woman. Dabi suddenly whispered.

"I brought you here because your quirk could easily counter her quirk of metal manipulation. So if things get a bit rough, I'm counting on you to get out. Plus we got bird brain so we have extra help if needed."

He said. I gulped and nodded. Dabi took a seat next to the girl and I took a seat next to him. Hawks sat next to me, scanning our surroundings.

"You're late."

The girl coldly said as she sipped her drink. Dabi chuckled.

"I was waiting for my associates."

He said.

"Her? She looks weak. Is that why you dragged the number two hero here?"

The woman said as she glared at us. I clenched my jaw. But I didn't speak. I was afraid of causing a scene. Hawks tensed up.

"She's not. Trust me. I only recruit the strongest for the League. Hawks is only just an example of the power we have."

Dabi said as he looked at me. I stared back.

"Ah, I see. The silent but deadly type."

The woman said as she finished her drink.

"Exactly."

Dabi said.

"Now, Dabi. What exactly are you looking to gain from me joining the League?"

The woman asked.

"Creating a bright future without all of the fake heroes."

He said. The woman sneered.

"Fake heroes. That's basically all of em."

The woman said as she turned to look at us.

"You're not wrong."

Dabi said.

"Yeah? Well, I'm looking at two of em right now."

The woman said as she raised a finger and pointed at Hawks and I. My eyes widened.
