Not too long after he finished the Earth Trial, Andrew has chosen to take on the Water Trial.
Little does he know, this trial may reveal the most information about his past and how he'll be able to defeat Lyra.
At the entrance of the trial, Andrew sees hieroglyphs of an ancient species of underwater humans across the walls. At the center of the room, he sees a transcribed picture of colossal sea creatures from a past era.
"This seems a bit familiar...." Andrew thought to himself as he continued to look at the hieroglyphs on the walls.
A short moment later, a voice is heard from across the room.
"The deity of Water himself lies ahead of the trial you seek. You have come to retrieve a divine power only those truly worthy can hold.
But the crusade you're about to embark on will reveal more than just the prize you seek.
Just open the door, and take your first steps...."
"Okay.... that's incredibly new. Deity doesn't greet me at the start of trial. You just lost a 5 star rating." Andrew responds as he enters the next room, where the waters begin to flood the area around him.
He begins to lose his footing on the surface as multiple sea creatures begin to attack him. He draws the sword Dairrion gave to him before entering the Celestial Realm and begins to fight back, taking them down one by one.
Andrew swims up to the surface of the water to catch his breath, noticing a sunken city out in the distance. He begins to swim over to it, continuing to take on anything that confronts him. Within 10 to 20 minutes he reaches the sunken city and is immediately greeted by a couple natives of the city.
"State your purpose." A guard says to him inquisitively.
"Well.... I'm seeking the Trial of Water. Did I come to the right place or..."
"Hm. Come with us." The guard says to Andrew.
Andrew is escorted to the royal palace of the sunken city, where he is then screened for passage into the highest floor of the building.
"Hydrolius. A traveler from afar has come for your blessing. From a recent screening, he could potentially be a threat to us. What do you suppose we do?" The city guard says as Andrew enters the room, Hydrolius looking back and setting his eyes on the trialist.
"Come closer." He says to Andrew, who appears to suspect something is off about him. He walks up to the Water Deity, believing he'll be fine but then, Hydrolius gasps.
"It can't be...." he says with a tear running down his eyes.
"What is it?" Andrew asks as the city guard questions him.
"The prodigal son has returned.... my son is alive." Hydrolius says to him with a tearful smile.
"What?!" Andrew says with suspicions about this recent revelation.
"Come with me. It is time the truth of your past comes out." Hydrolius says, taking the trialist with him.
"There is no way that I am the son of a god. There's no way." Andrew says.
"Well... does a bear shit in the woods?" Hydrolius teases his son.
"Well, I certainly want answers cause if I'm your son, then what does that make me? What is this place?"
The two stop in the middle of ocean depths within the sunken city and begin to converse.
"This is the sunken city of Rylah, Capital of Atlantis.
