Dylan and Clara's relationship has blossomed into a serious thing. They have both met and gained approval from each other's parents. For Clara it was instant. Dylan's parents easily fell in love with her while Clara's mom wasn't so quick. She felt that Dylan's presence would decrease her time with her daughter and therefore decreasing Clara's time with Emily. She was right. Clara and Dylan are practically always together. Within one week of getting together they had already told each other they loved each other. On their one month anniversary Dylan proposed something that Clara was hesitant to do. Dylan wanted to have intercourse. Clara is a virgin so she did not want to rush into it, but Dylan was adamant. He keeps saying,"If you really loved me, then this shouldn't be hard." She finally gives in and puts out. This was obviously not Dylan's first time. He is very aggressive. This experience makes Clara a little bit afraid of Dylan.
While the two love birds are engaged in intercourse, Bridgette has had a helpful reunion. Every Monday at 6:00 she meets with David (an old friend from high school). He netted a job at the company at which she currently works. The two have gained a healthy friendship. They usually ramble about their lives and their problems. Bridgette often talks about John. While not daily anymore, he still beats her. She has cancelled several dates because she would rather talk to David. This does nothing but increase his belief that she is cheating on him. David tells her to leave this jerk but she insists that she loves him and he doesn't mean to hurt her.
