It is now the joint funeral of Emily and Clara Pitts. Everyone in these two lives show up. It is a very sad day for everyone involved. Destiny gives Clara’s eulogy because Bridgette could not bare to say it. It is moving. Everyone in the audience is brought to tears. When Billy sees the body he cries and whispers “ Everything I ever did was because I loved you.” When they go to move the bodies into the ground, Bridgette tries to jump in. David holds her back. Clara Burton, despite her beliefs, was very loved.
Billy went to a support group where he met a girl. They got married and he finally found someone he loved as much as Clara. After discovering Dylan’s motives, Destiny gets a restraining order against Dylan. The two never speak again to each other. Dylan doesn’t stop his deceitful ways and he pays the price. He is accused of rape in his later years and is eventually thrown in jail for life. David and Bridgette go on to get married. Bridgette wants to start the family that David always wanted. They decide to have a child together and they name her Clarrise in honor of Clara. Despite it being for atrocious reasons, Clara Pitt’s life was not taken in vain. Clara Pitts will never be forgotten.
