About two weeks after John’s death while Bridgette is with David, Clara is taking care of Emily. Dylan went to go see a movie with his friends that night so it was just Clara and Emily. They are just chilling in Clara’s room when Emily starts crying. Clara assumes she is hungry so she goes downstairs to get some food. She leaves Emily in the crib and places her on the ground. As she goes downstairs to get the food Emily sees a strange jar with red stuff on the inside under Clara’s bed. This is Clara’s jar of blood from when she was cutting herself. She rolls over until she reaches this jar. When she gets to the jar she grabs the jar and rolls over back to her crib. She examines the jar and eventually tries to open it. Surprisingly, she quickly opens the jar. Right as the lid disperses from the jar Clara walks in and is startled. She quickly rushes over to Emily and snatches the jar out of her hand and puts the lid back on and smacks Emily in the face. Emily starts crying as does Clara. She is turning into John. As she’s crying the baby starts to run away. Clara doesn’t notice until she is already to the hallway. When she does notice, however, she rushes as quick as she can to try to get Emily. When she catches up to Emily she tries to pick her up before she can hit the rails. She quickly grabs Emily but can’t quite grasp her. She is bouncing around almost in Clara’s hand until she hits the wrong part of Clara’s hand and plummets over the railings to her immediate death. Clara can’t believe it. She dashes down the stairs to treat her dying stepsister. She is too late. Emily Pitts has died under the hands of her own stepsister.
