ROSS' POV

i couldn't believe she actually agreed to come inside my apartment. how can she look so beautiful when she's not even trying?

she walked in and i closed the door behind us.

"so what food are you gonna make me?" she asked with the cutest doe eyes.

"whatever you want babygirl" i looked her up and down. she had no makeup on, her hair in a messy bun held onto by a red velvet scrunchie, a plain black crop top, and black sweats. god she looked good.

"gross, don't call me that you don't even know my name" she complained.

"why do i need to know yours if you're gonna be the one screaming mine in bed? my name is ross for your information. ross lynch." i informed her.

"i don't think that's gonna be happening any time soon. i'm honestly just here for the food." she told me.

damn she's gonna be a tough one to crack.

"how do banana pancakes sound?" i asked.

"pancakes? for dinner? fine, but they better be good." she asked while preoccupied by her phone. it seemed like she was texting someone. i hope it's not a guy.

"they'll be the best thing you've ever tasted. are you really texting someone right now?" i grabbed her phone and put it in my pocket.

"hey what the fuck dude? give it back!" she yelled at me.

"nah you're gonna have to earn it back baby." i said, trying to contain my laughter. i wonder if the face she makes when she's mad is how she looks in bed, too.

"fuck you, just make me my pancakes already so i can get the hell out of here." she said while turning on the tv, and returning to the kitchen.

it regularly only takes me about 15 minutes to make my pancakes, but i wanted her to stay longer, so i stalled.

"what taking so long?" she asked.

"do you have somewhere better to be?" i asked, hoping she didn't. "you know the door is unlocked and you're free to leave any time you want sweetheart." i continued.

she looked at the door. she looked back at me. her mind was made up.
