i didn't bother moving. this dick had my phone. there was no way i was going to leave without it. i bet ava probably thinks we're too busy fucking to answer her texts. that couldn't be further from the truth.
"once i get my pancakes i'm out of here." i said, crossing my arms, walking to the couch and sitting down. i changed the channel from the news to some cheesy ghost hunting show.
"wow what an educational show" ross insulted. i rolled my eyes. "seriously can you change it back, i mean there's kind of important things going on right now." he continued, making reference to the virus.
"chill, i will after this episode" i responded.
he walked over to me with my plate of pancakes. he had a plate for himself as well. they looked and tasted delicious. i was hesitant to compliment him and boost his self esteem any more, but i did it anyways.
"this is fucking delicious. where did you learn to cook like this?" i asked in awe.
he laughed a little. he has a cute laugh.
"my mom always taught me how to cook my favorite meals, in case there was someone special in my life." he smiled at me. before i could realize, i was smiling back. is this what heaven feels like?
ross laughed and shouted at the show commenting on how fake and acted out it was, whereas i argued the reality of it. "do you seriously think that he saw a black figure that just so happened to not be picked up by the camera?" he said, laughing. "did you see that scratch he had? there's definitely some devil shit in that house!" i argued back, licking syrup off of my lips. his eyes glanced from my lips to my eyes. he quickly shifted his plate over his lap. holy fuck there's no way me licking my lips just got him hard.
my assumptions were proved right when he abruptly got up and finished the rest of his couple of bites of pancakes over the kitchen sink, throwing his plate in afterwards.
with his back to me, he said coldly, "you can come get your phone now and make sure you put your plate in the sink." he took my phone out of his pocket and placed it on the counter. he sat back down at the kitchen table and took out his phone, paying me no attention. i began to wonder if maybe he didn't want me here anymore. i suddenly felt out of place.
i finished what i had left on my plate and put it in the sink. i then picked up my phone. it had 7 texts from ava and one missed call. she must've been dying from lack of information.
