Chapter 1- The Perfect College

Meghan pov

"Meghan something arrived from the mail for you!" My mom sang as she waved a envelope in front of me.

My eyes widened and the title Stanford I quickly grabbed it. Forgetting about breakfast amd ripped open the envelope.

Miss Meghan Koza,

Congratulations!! You are accepted to Stanford.

The deatails went on but as a read those words I squealed in joy. "I made it! I actually made it!" I jumped up and down. Stanford was the college I was aiming for and I got in!

"Good job honey!" My mom hugged me. "I'm so proud of you" she beamed at me. She looked at the clock, "Oh dear your going to be late if you don't go now!" She rushed me out of the house. I ran to my old ford with blue paint.

As I drove I sighed can this day get any better? I pulled up to the school parking lot and parked. Got out of the car and lightly jogged to class. Senior year was about over only a few more months and we're out there in the world. I slowed down as I approached the doors. As I went in I was suddenly attacked by a ball of blondness.

"Morning!" My friend Alex gretted me.

"Oh my gosh you won't believe this..." I waited for a few seconds to get her curious. "I got accepted to Stanford!" For a while she had her mouth hanging open.

"Yay! So did I!" She said. "I swear even after we graduate college we'll be together" she put her arm around me as we began to walk to class. Some people said hi as we walked to class. You could say that we we're pretty popular here.

The day went pretty smooth. The bell rang and me and Alex walked out of school.

"What do you say we go celebrate tonight?" Alex asked we as walked away from the people we were talking to.

"Let me call my mom to let her know" I pulled out my phone. I explained to her that me and Alex were going to celebrate tonight and Alex got into Stanford too. She was with it and reminded me to go home early or my dad would get worried.

"She said it was fine!" I hung the phone. Her eyes shone witb excitement.

"Well where should we go?" She asked me.

"Let's go shopping!" I cheered.

"Okay!" She grabbed my hand and we rode off with my car to the mall.

We checked out a lot of different stores and had a blast. But it time to go home I drove Alex home and went home.  As I was getting closer suddenly a bright light flashed and my world went black.
