you slowly pulled away from the kiss, spinel's eyes are half opened but were fully opened when the spider screeched again.

you spotted something shiny at the corner of your eye, you kneeled down to grab it and gasped. it's the scythe that you made when you were a kid.

you pressed the button to fully looked at the scythe. IT IS! though it has a flame with an upside down heart, not sure where that's leading though.

"how did this get here?" you mumbled to yourself. spinel noticed you have her scythe "hey you found it!" she grabbed it out of your hand and faced the spider ready to take it down.

"wait! how did you get that?" spinel looked back at you "your father—!" spinel said about to finish her sentence but the spider shot another batch of webs.

you growled, your body started sparking with electricity. you ran up the arachnid with your lightning bolt magically appearing in midair, you have fire in your other hand.

you clapped your hands together to combine both elements. as you're in front of the spider, you grinned and brought down your hands hard to it's head which sent it's head getting fried and decapitated.

you panted and huffed, you looked back at spinel. "how did you get that?" you asked her again, you must've scared spinel since she slightly backed up.

"no no love, i'm not mad. it's just, i made that scythe since i was a kid." you reassured her. spinel seemed to understand "me and peeps went to your father's temple and asked for blessin' for you come back then the next thing we know there's a scythe lying on the altar." she explained.

you nodded, you extended your hand. spinel grabbed it and you flew out of the spider's cave. peeps backed away, "how's your tour in tartarus?" she teased.

"i'll rate it 0 out of 5 stars." you opened the cubicle door and got out of the restaurant with weird eyes following the three of you.

"hey y/n, since you're the one who made spinel's scythe. why can't i carry it?" peeps asked, "i modified it only for me to use and carry it. my father must've tempered with it for spinel." you explained.

spinel pressed the button to make the scythe smaller again then she pulled away from you. "ya need shower flame head." you chuckled and opened your arms.

"come on, i don't smell that bad." spinel started running, you ran after your potential girlfriend "get away from me!!"

"zeus! enough!" hades said as he sprawled across the floor with blooded forehead. "you have the audacity to send a demigod, especially y/n down to tartarus!" zeus summoned his lightning bolts and struck it at hades.

"what's so special about that demigod?! she isn't like the percy jackson or jason grace!" zeus growled and stopped attacking. he looked down at his brother with empty eyes.

"it's a miracle y/n is able to escape tartarus and was able to unleash her true potential." zeus looked out the dullness of the underworld then headed out the door.

"what if i change that?" zeus turned back to his brother but he was nowhere in sight. then doors closed, windows shut and hades' voice was heard but still nowhere in sight.

"i like to test your favourite demigod even though she isn't your offspring. make yourself comfortable zeus." hades laughed, zeus struck the door with lightning but nothing happened.

"HADES!!!"

you looked around as you swore you heard a voice echoing, you shrugged it off and continued to shower.

after showering you, you grabbed the clothes spinel gave you and put it on. you got out of the bathroom, you saw spinel laid on the bed. you jumped on the bed beside her.

"hey, we're dating right?" you asked, spinel looked up to her book. "i thought we're already together?" silence was the only thing between you two.

then both of you laughed, you placed your hand on spinel's cheek. "i love you." you started leaning in for a kiss. spinel closed her eyes "i love you too." she whispered and then your lips met hers.

but it was cut off short when a voice interrupted them.

"congratulations y/n." you snapped your head to the corner to see hades clapping his hands. you slowly got off the bed while maintaining eye contact.

"i'm surprised you're out of underworld." hades chuckled. spinel out of the bed on the other side, her hand behind her as she grab the scythe out of her pocket with her thumb ready to push the button.

"all of the gods and goddess are happy of your escape. though i'm quite upset." hades said with a fake hurt voice "sorry for not dying."

"oh don't worry child, we'll be thankful if we end you here."
