I take a deep breath as I click on my phone.

"Insurgence 3 is a go." I say quietly into the device and then turn it off, sliding it into the pocket of the uniform skirt. It was a little baggy, but it was stolen and not my size so what can you do?

Finally, one of the biggest attacks for the rebellion that I or anyone had planned was about to start, and there was a lot of pressure on this mission, which by association me. Olivia Bridges.

It had taken me two months to try and plan this attack just in my own targeted pack, let alone the other ten plans in other packs.

We had come today to be able to petition the Alpha Primum for the rights of our race. The rebellion. Against the wolves.

Before the dogs took over with their alpha's and hierarchy and oppression of the human race, the humans were in control and didn't know about the werewolves. The humans apparently ruled themselves through democracy until the werewolves decided to come out with their little secret. They then took over the country and now have enslaved the human race. Which is why our rebellion now exists.

Leaving the maids entrance, I see two wolves who are working with us, sitting at a table in the kitchen that the entrance lead to.

I had stolen the uniform from one of the maids and had left her chloroformed in the bathroom. She'll be fine. The uniform was a fitted black long sleeves shirt with a cream colored pencil skirt. Accessorized by the gun I had tucked into the waistband as inconspicuous as possible. It was thankfully covered up by a white apron that I tied in a bow right where my gun bulged.

I walk up to the wolves I know who are sitting with one I don't know.

I channel my inner scared maid, slave type- if you can imagine that.

"Hi." I smile slightly at the wolves at the table. "I'm here to bring the alpha his lunch."

The one wolf I don't know looks me up and down with a confused look on his face. "Have I seen you before sapien?"

Sapien as in homosapien as in the human race. Once was used to scientifically define our race, now is a slang term from the wolves for us.

Ryan, one of the rebellion members undercover and also one of my best friends, cuts in with a little punch to his arm. "Of course you have, Josh." his tone laughing, slightly easing my panic at the question. "You can never seem to remember any sapien."

I keep my eyes down in respect as is customary for humans in respect to wolves, but I would like to be glaring at Ryan.

"I always remember 'em." he laughs.

Josh, I guess, the one I don't know just laughs at Ryan's words. "If you're into that type of thing."

The other wolf that's part of the rebellion, Walker, stands up from their table to get the plate with the alpha's lunch on it and hands it to me. We make brief eye contact and he gives me a slight nod while I take the plate.

I then walk back into the entrance I had just come out of going through the maid's passage, in order to walk to the alpha's office.

As I climb up the stairs, I slip a tiny cylinder out of the pocket of the apron. The cylinder is filled with a white powder that is hopefully poisonous enough to incapacitate an alpha. I quickly sprinkle it over the plate of some type of meat smothered in gravy and french fries. The stairs eventually lead to a door that goes straight into the alpha's office. I take a deep breath and knock, ready to do what I came here for.

"Come in." a gruff voice calls from the other side of the door.

I open the door and slip in and walk into the dark wood paneled office. The alpha is sitting at a lightwood desk in the middle of the room.

My eyes are drawn behind the alpha to the huge map of the Lupos Unum packlands. The twenty individual packs that make up the unified pack are in different colors coloring in the different areas and the names of each pack are written in black letters. The capital of Lupos Primos is in the middle. This is where the Alpha Primum resides and main decisions are made for the unified pack. The alphas of each individual pack are the lieutenants of the Alpha Primum.

The alpha of this pack is a harsh looking man with a light salt and pepper beard who is now looking up at me. I quickly set the plate in front of him and step back.

"Thank the Goddess. I'm famished." The alpha ignores me and rips straight into the food.

I step back, allowing the powder to hopefully do it's work. It was supposed to work in the first minute after consuming it. I stare at him as he eats his food. After a moment he looks back up at me with a questioning look on his face.

"Do you need something else?" He raises his eyebrow at me.

I smile slightly and pray to anyone listening that the powder works. I then pull out the gun I had hidden in my waistband and point it at him. "You can open your computer for me." I say with a false sweetness.

The alpha looks at me and I see waves of surprise, anger and incredulousness almost like I had just said something funny. "What do you think you're doing sapien?"

"Did I stutter, mutt?" I gesture with the gun in my hand.

My words earn me a low growl from the alpha, but I continue.

"Let me onto your computer."

The alpha's face now shifts to rage. He pushes his arms against the table in a bid to stand up from his desk, but his arms give way and he stumbles back into his chair. "What the fuck?" He questions and tries to lunge at me but instead almost falls.

"Oh poor thing!" I say in a mocking tone. I close the distance between me and the desk and press the barrel of the gun straight to the alpha's head. "Open the computer and call your Alpha Primum if you don't want to die." Wolves can survive a lot of things, but a bullet in the brain from this close is not one of them.

This is what all of this is for. Bidding for the rights of our race, but more importantly introducing the resistance against the wolves as a force instead of the pesky riots. No better way then threatening the alphas of eleven packs and the Alpha Primum in a period of an hour.

He growls at me. "You're a bitch." he spits out, almost slurring his words.

At that I kick his shin as hard as I can, which probably doesn't hurt him that much but gives me some satisfaction.

"A dog is really calling me a bitch?" I question laughing and hit him in the head with the gun, pushing it. "Open it." I command again.

"The rebellion really doesn't have a lot of manners." he slurs out as he's typing the password into his computer. I just ignore his words, rolling my eyes.

"Now call the Alpha Primum." I instruct once he gets it open.

He pulls up the video call and I can already see the line is open with six others on the line. Right as the alpha clicks to open the call, I grab his shoulders, rear back my arm with the gun and bring it down as hard as I can to strike him right on the back of his head. Thankfully he slumps right onto his desk, knocked out cold. Serves him right.

I glance at the smaller squares on the computer screen of other video chats on the call with situations much like mine.

Members of the rebellion with slumped alphas in front of them. And with that I allow myself a moment of pride at what I had planned and accomplished.

And then I look at the middle of the screen. To the main course.

The Alpha Primum.

I had seen him in pictures before, but even on this call he looked more dangerously beautiful then anyone I had ever seen in my life. He looked ever so much an alpha, with close cropped blonde hair with some of his tan arms showing under his black t-shirt. I stared into his sharp blue-green eyes and felt a sense of longing and attraction, more then anything I had ever felt before.

And then I realize it.

"Shit." I say right as he speaks his first words to me.

"Mate."
