Euna was immediately sent flying backwards, her backpack dragging her to the ground when two arms grabbed her shoulders and steadied her back on her own two feet.
"Sorry," he said as he smiled weakly, his dimples showing up.
He had bleach blond hair, warm eyes, and very... very pale skin.
"It's ok," Euna laughed, "I'm just a train wreck. It's a wonder how I haven't gotten a guardian angel yet."
"Well you could've had an angel that's been watching you," he said, "just not really being a guardian angel."
Euna laughed, realizing the irony of the situation.
Here she was talking about angels, when she had a demon at home who was supposedly something of the sort of a Guardian Devil.
"Heh maybe," she said hefting her backpack up on her shoulders better.
"I'm Chan by the way," he said sticking out his hand. "I think I'm in you Music appreciation class."
"Oh," she said not really sure how to respond. "I'm Euna, sorry if I didn't know you I'm normally asleep in that one since it's so late."
Chan laughed as the two walked along to Euna's creative writing elective course.
"Bye Chae Euna," he called as she entered the building, making her a little confused for an unknown reason.
Throughout the whole two hour class she stayed confused and self conscious.
And at the end of her two hour class of wondering she realized why.
She had never told him her last name.
The uneasy feeling in her stomach only grew as she marched out onto campus, looking both ways before walking to the smoothie stand.
As she was about to pay she realized she had forgotten her wallet.
"Oh I'm sorry I forgot my wallet," she said before looking back up at the person. "I could uhm I don't know."
Euna looked behind her only to see the line growing.
The cashier was only growing more impatient.
"Could I use my dinning dollars instead," she said, but before she could the smoothie stand was rolling away downhill, the whole campus staring at the cart as it rushed down the hill, the poor boy inside screaming.
Before she knew it she was being steered away by someone, or something and to a bench in the green.
"And that is how you get free shit," Changbin said as he stood in front of her with a blue smoothie.
"Wait did you just," Euna stopped, "what did you do?!"
"Well I burned the breaks off and broke in and got this masterpiece," he said casually.
Euna sighed.
She was right.
He had no sense of direction of right or wrong.
But hey free smoothie!
"Wait," she said looking at him. "Is that my shirt?!"
"Uhm yes?"
"I thought I burned it," she yelped.
It was a black T-shirt with a rainbow font that said "tempting curves: proceed with caution." Euna had won it at a frat party when she figured out she was damn good at taking shots.
"Clearly not," he grinned leaning forward.
"So are we going shopping or not," he said, "I really don't feel like wearing feminine clothes that are slightly too tight."
"What do you mean," Euna smirked, "I think they define your curves beautifully."
"Hardy har har," he said, "let's go I'll pay you later or help you steel the items."
And with that the two headed off to the closest mall.
Her college wasn't necessarily in the middle of no where, it just didn't have suburban or city things like Malls or Cinemas right outside of it. Because of this the students took shuttles to these places. The campus fortunately did have some shops and restaurants inside the little 'city' on its campus.
After shopping for basic necessities for Changbin, the two made their way to a small cafe.
The two sat in silence, Euna sipping on her Peach Tea while Changbin only stared at his lemonade.
"I figured out how to get back to hell," he said finally breaking the silence.
"And how's that?"
"I have to throw myself off the top of a skyscraper," Changbin said.
