Stephanie had once loved the quiet nights between fall and winter. They were the nights that she and her friends had decided that they could rule the world. Ever since she had met Michael and Harris though, they had only served as a reminder of what she had left behind.

"Are we almost there?" she asked, annoyed.

"Yep, the house is at the top of the hill." Adam replied, pointing to a small cabin at the top of the hill. A lightbulb flew past his hand, almost shattering straight into Adam. Luckily the bulb barely missed and instead broke on the floor next to him.

"Lizzy!" Adam cried out at the house on the hill, "What was that for? It's me, Adam. you know, friend of Tim."

"Why did you bring people?" A female voice said from the house, "They could be working for the enemy?"

"This is Trisha, Sapphire, and Stephanie. They helped take down the TGK, they're good."

A woman with crazy hair stepped out of the house, and approached the group, "Are you crazy? Michael also helped take down the TGK, and look where he ended up?"

"Wait, you knew about Michael?" Stephanie asked, and glanced at Adam angrily. Stephanie did not know about Michael until today, and still couldn't quite process that he was helping Dawn.

"Well of course I know about Michael." Lizzy said in a sarcastic tone, "How could you not know about Michael. In like two days he is going to become the president of the UPNA" she then pointed at Adam "you should have known about this too. Why did you not tell them?"

Sapphire eyes went wide and looked up to Adam, hurt, "Xid you know about Michael?"

"Listen Sapphire, I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I swore I planned on telling you eventually. It's just, we needed you two to be in the right head space. I am sorry though, I know you two were good friends, and I really liked him too."

Sapphire turned her head, with tears in her eyes, as Lizzy continued, "I want these three off my property, I have a lot of things I need to do, and I cannot have traitors among us. I don" Lizzy started to scream out in agony. She held her head and bent over, her face scrunched up in pain, "I'm not one of the, I'm not one of the chosen!" she screamed, and as she did, she stopped screaming. Everyone at once then noticed that Trisha's hand was glowing with the number one on it.

Trisha got on her knees and put her hand on her shoulder, "I'm sorry about that. I thought you were one of them." Trisha looked up at the others, and saw that they had a look of confusion on them, "People who have the Time God DNA in them can communicate telepathically with the Time God and each other if they focus hard enough and are about fifty feet from each other. I thought she was one of them, but because she wasn't, it just gave her a headache." Trisha started to rub Lizzy's back, until Lizzy finally regained her composure.

"Can we go back inside," Lizzy asked, shielding her eyes with her hand, "the moon is way too bright."

The group headed inside to find a messy living room full of random papers and old newspaper clippings lying around. Lizzy didn't seem to notice the mess, as she just plopped down into a chair and asked "So why are you here?"

"We need to talk to Tim." Trisha said, "Adam said that you could talk to him?"

"I see him about every two weeks. He came here like three days ago, so I doubt I will see him soon. Give me his message and I will pass it forward. Then you two can leave"

"Okay. We ambushed Dawn and am holding him in a cell in the town Madis."

"I'm sorry, YOU DID WHAT?" she shot up and grabbed her coats from the coat hanger and quickly put her shoes on. She then shot out the door, almost slamming the door into Sapphire, "We need to leave, now."

"Why?"

"That man is more powerful and sneaky than you think. If he let himself be kidnapped, there was a good reason."
