(13) A Thanksgiving Showdown

-3 months later-

The twins were now 5 months old. Madison was getting them ready to head to Atlanta. It was Thanksgiving day Bucky popped his head in the nursery.

"Hey um I will be right back." He said

"Why?" She said

"I have to pick Korilynn up. She is allowed to come to dinner." He said

"Oh.." she said as she finished putting Sutton's outfit on.

"You okay?" He said

"Yeah.." she said

After Bucky left she pulled out her cellphone when she got the twins downstairs.

"Daddy." She said when Mitch answered.

"Hey Madison..is everything okay?" He said

"Can me and the twins ride with you?" She said

"Of course baby. We will take mom's car. Is there a reason why you don't want to ride with James?" He said

"He is bringing Kori with him." She said as she finished packing the diaper bags.

"Oh. Well me and mom will be over there in a few minutes." Mitch said

"Thanks daddy." She said

Mitch and Bucky pulled in at the same time. "Is everything okay Mitch?" Bucky said as he got out of the truck.

"Yeah. Madison asked if she and the babies could ride with us." He said

"What?" Bucky said as they went inside.

Madison handed the twins to her dad. She grabbed their bags and was about to walk out.

"What the hell is going on?" Bucky said as he stopped her.

"Just don't.." she said

"Madison seriously. This crap has gone on long enough. Its been three months of the cold shoulder." He said

"Just leave me alone." She said as she got in her dad's car.

Mitch pulled out as he was going down the road. He heard tires squeal he looked behind him to see Bucky. He was driving like a mad man.

Mitch hit Alice's blue tooth to call James. James answered as he was making his way to Atlanta.

"Hey whats up?" James said

"You may want to tell your son he needs to watch it when he is driving. He just about did a burnout and tipped his truck as he backed out of his driveway. I picked up Madison and the twins cause she didnt want to ride with him and Kori." Mitch said

"I will talk to him." He said

"Good". Mitch said

After a long drive they all finally arrived. Madison askes Alice to help her feed the twins. Lucille seen her making bottles with formula.

"What happened to breast feeding?" Lucille said

"Bodie is lactose intolerant and Sutton is colic and has acid reflux." Madison said

"Oh.." Lucille said

Alice and Madison were upstairs feeding them. They were in the room that Lucille set up for her. Bucky and Korilynn showed up about 20 minutes after everyone else.

When he came in he was boiling.

"Where is Madison?" He said

"Son you need to watch how you drive your truck." James said
