After my crazy, exhausting night with Harry I drove home and flung myself on my bed, praying desperately for sleep to come and take me away but it never came. I sat up at 3 am and turned on my phone. I had 2 emails from a few jobs I'd applied for and I had 1 text from zayn. I decided to text him back after staring at the ceiling for 10 minutes.
M- hey sry if I woke u up can't sleep
Z- lol u didn't I can't sleep either.
M- so
Z- so
**awkward pause**
Z- wanna come over I have a million Xbox games
M- lol u sure
Z- yea I'm a total beast when it comes to halo
M- lol k I can bring food
Z- Chinese?
M- Chinese
Z- k see u soon <3
I turned my phone off and threw on some skinny jeans and my favorite sweatshirt and started my drive to get food and then head to zayn's. after getting food from a 24/7 Chinese restaurant I finally pulled up to zayn's apartment. I daydreamed of the first night I hung out here and smiled as I climbed the stairs to his door. after a knock or two he appeared at the door in only sweatpants. what was with guys answering the door shirtless? I mean I'm not complaining but still.
He was tan and tone and his hair was freaking hot the way it was all tousled up. he snapped me out of my sinning thoughts, "you can come in and sit the food on the table." I walked in and did just that. I turned around to find him holding out a twenty. "oh no. don't. its fine really. I couldn't." he smiled. "you're too modest. really take it it's fine." he said mocking me. I laughed and playfully punched his arm. he laughed ad pulled two plates from a cabinet. after we ate we played game after game. me winning 10 while he won 30. "yea I sucked."I said in defeat. "you did not! you totally kicked my ass at Mario kart." we burst out laughing. as soon as we finished 10 more games we got tired and turned on Netflix. somehow we ended up cuddling on the floor on a pile of couch cushions and blankets. I snuggled closer to him and soon drifted off to a sleep I thought would never find me.
