part 5: our first kiss

It was on our fourth date. When we were confirmed as dating. By than we had been dating for half a month.

For this date, we were stargazing with Cooper, Ethan, Nadia, and Carissa.
We were at Cooper's house in his massive backyard. His parents weren't home for the weekend, they were with Adelaide's parents for some rich people thing.
"Aw, you guys are so cute!" I heard Carissa exclaim from behind us. "I want someone to hold me like that!" She pouted
"I'll hold you!" Nadia came from behind and hugged Carissa and nuzzled her nose in her neck, causing Carissa to shriek in laughter. Carissa and Nadia walked back into the house, continuing to talk about one of the girls from school, Hillary. Who was a 'fake' and 'clingy' as heck.

The others were separated. Ethan & Cooper were getting drunk and fighting about football teams. Nadia & Carissa were both asleep on the grass, sharing a blanket.
"Don't you think it pretty?" Adelaide said dreamingly shuffling her head a little deeper into my chest and took my hand in both hers. I looked down at her, and she greeted me with a warm smile. Her green eyes boring into my blue ones. She leaned in and gave me a peck on my cheek. I smiled, and pulled her back in. The moment was pure bliss. If I could, I would've replayed that moment over & over
