Saturday (PARTY TIME!)

The tower looked absolutely awesome.

From the ceiling to the floor, the place was covered in every possible decoration, making the whole tower every colour of the rainbow.

Some snack tables were set out in the living room, offering mini pizzas, sushi, mixed berries to dip into a chocolate fountain, tropical punch and so much more.

The couch was removed from the centre of the room, and in its place was a dance floor with flashing lights and a DJ was set up in the front, playing remixes of hit songs.

Some black chairs with intricate French-style detail were in small groups in the corners of the room, so people could just sit and eat. It would've been pitch black in there, if it wasn't for the countless lights and variety of colours from the balloons.

If that wasn't enough, Cyborg had thought about putting a disco ball in the centre of the room, but that was too cliche so he took it to another level by covering the ceiling in CD's and unused discs so the tower would shine. It was perfect.

Cyborg (wearing a tux jacket and carrying a clip board) stared at his work of art. His guests were smiling, laughing, admiring the chocolate fountain and having so much fun. But one little thing was missing: his fellow Titans.

"I don't know if I can do this," Robin told Beast Boy. The two guys were in Robin's room, preparing for the party.

Robin wore a crisp white shirt with a black vest and matching bow tie. His shoes were shiny and black, but instead of dress pants, he'd worn jeans. His hair was in its usual style and as it always was: gelled. Robin looked great, but he couldn't be more insecure. He was pacing, panicking and rubbed the back of his neck from time to time.

"Come on, dude. You can do this. Just relax, be yourself and you'll be fine," Beast Boy insisted.

Beast Boy was clad in all black; his shirt, jacket, pants, shoes, almost everything. The only non-black items of clothing in his outfit were his green tie and a green and pink fedora on his head. He'd borrowed Robin's hair gel and made a sort of cowlick in front of his fedora. Beast Boy was ready to blow Raven's mind, but Robin needed to come first.

"You don't understand. This could make it or break it. This could be my one and only chance to get Starfire to like me," Robin sighed. "I should just leave..." Robin walked out.

"NO!"

Robin stopped walking and came back.

"We didn't work on a song together, you didn't work on another song alone, I didn't teach you some guitar and we didn't waste two hours at the mall picking out outfits just to quit!" Beast Boy said. "I know it's difficult, but you can do this. Just think about it, even if you fail this time, that's just one strike. It's three strikes until you're out, bro. You get two more shots after this!"

Robin stared at Beast Boy, a touch of hope spreading through himself. "You're right. This can work.

"You know what? Let's go to the party!" Robin ran out of the room, not waiting a single second more for BB.

Beast Boy followed Robin. "Wait for me!"

Starfire and Raven were in the bathroom, adding the final touches on their outfits.

Starfire wore her hair in a high bun with a tiny silver tiara. Her dress was floor-length, strapless and purple. A sash of silver glitter snaked up the skirt and the bodice was fitted and had the same glitter along the top. Starfire's shoes were silver stilettos with glittery purple straps and a silver choker was around her neck.

Raven had gone for a midnight blue off-the-shoulder dress with an asymmetrical skirt (if you don't know what I mean, Google it) that stopped at her ankles. Raven's shoes were black peep-toe wedges and her wrists were clad in gold cuff bracelets. Her eyes were made a glittery gold and her hair was styled into a spiky pixie hairdo.

"Are you ready for this?" Starfire asked Raven.

"Hmm...I guess so," Raven replied.

"You seem unsure."

Raven stared Star in the eyes. "Do you have any idea how excited Beast Boy was when I accepted his offer? What if I let him down in any way?"

"It'll be OK."

"You really think so?" Starfire nodded in response. "Alright, I'll give it a go."

Star hugged Raven tightly. "Joy! I am so happy!"

"Let's get out of this bathroom," Raven suggested.

And just like that, the four Titans made their way into the party.

(The actual party will be in the next chapter. Thanks for reading so far.)
