Minho, Jisung, and Kibum sat at the dining table, their eyes lowered towards the table itself. For some, it was almost as if they were etching invisible sketches into its rings, and to others, they would've looked purely insane.
"I'm sick and tired of killing animals," Minho murmured, his eyes sharpening. He reached for a knife from behind him, stabbing it into the table and then jerking it out, repeating that same sequence over and over again.
"Is this what we're here for?" Kibum hummed out, crossing his arms across his chest, "Don't be ridiculous, Hyung." He giggled, "If you keep talking like that, you'll end up like Seungmin did."
Minho got up with a scratch of his chair, "Do you think I'm like that scumbag?" He hollered, as He slammed his fist down onto the table. He grabbed for the knife and then stormed out of the room, muttering things underneath his breath as he went.
"You just wait and see," Kibum twisted in his chair, his eyes following after the Male. He began laughing uncontrollably, "I'll kill Chris as soon as the times right, He's taking forever to get rid of that Boy."
Jisung brought his leg up on his chair, leaning against it, "Don't be ridiculous," He growled beneath his breath, "I know you two are intimidated by him."
"Don't you know the saying," Kibum squinted his eyes towards the Male, "Look before you leap?" He questioned, fiddling with his sleeves.
"We have an advantage because there's more of us," Jisung carried on, "You, Minho, and I... And We can drop Mr. Seo..." His voice dropped into a whisper, "Chris wouldn't stand a chance."
Kibum tilted his head back, swinging it around, "Hilarious!" He exclaimed, suddenly leaning forward, "I don't think you know this," He spoke quietly, "But the scariest person in this building..." The corner of his lips twitched, "Is Mr. Seo."
From just down the hallway Minho had stormed down; Chris sat in his chair, flicking through his book as He read mindlessly. Changbin stood in his doorway, leaning against it.
"He was all alone..."
"How's neighbor three o'four?" Changbin asked as He peered further in. He had been listening for a short while, finally having given up.
"There's a small bridge on one side of the bend, "
"You know, " Changbin readjusted his shirt, pulling the collar out, "Flies keep flocking around us..."
"The other bridge is,"
"Don't you think it's time for us to pack up and leave?"
Chris paused, setting the book down on his lap. He gradually looked up from the page he was on, their eyes correlating, "Mr. Seo, " He uttered purposefully, "I have no idea what you're talking about."
"You know," Changbin cackled, "I raised you, so you know." He took a few seconds to draw in a breath, breaking their eye contact, "You failed with number Three o'three before Jeongin..."
The book slid off Chris's lap and onto the floor with a soft tap, the page he was on lost with just a simple tumble. Chris's lips were fastened into a grimace, standing up and staring the Male down, "I can do it for sure this time... I won't fail," He bellowed, "Don't worry and just sit back."
Chris walked past the Male and wandered aimlessly down the hall.
Changbin watched him closely, a grin twisting onto his lips, "I won't worry, " He murmured, "I can kill them all if you fail, I have no worries..."
