Jeongin had gone to his room after the confrontation and hadn't slept for even a minute afterward.

In fact, He hadn't even let himself close his eyes for a long period of time. He was so anxious, waiting for something horrid to happen that never came.

He had finally drifted away as He leaned against the barricade he arranged at the door, his head lolling forward.

He jumped awake at the sound of his alarm clock buzzing just a few junctures after He had slipped off, hitting his knee against his desk. He swallowed the pain, holding his knee as He merely whined. He shut off the clock with his fist, pulling on a different set of clothes drearily.

He sat back on his bed for a split second, reaching for his bag and throwing it around his shoulders. He made his way out of his room cautiously, finding his way outside.

The warmness surrounded him, the light causing him to squeeze his eyes from the glare. He sighed as He realized he had his slides on instead of his work-shoes, not daring to step back inside so He dealt with it.

His feet were aching by the time He reached his office, trudging up the horrid steps, and unfolding the door.

Soyeon stood by the round table full of papers, Jongin stood beside her as He helped, Seoho leaned back in his chair, and Sujoon sat in her designated seat, typing away.

"Jeongin, You're late." Soyeon murmured as she organized the manuscripts into a stack.

Sujoon piped in, shrugging as she tried to cover up for him, "Maybe Jeongin had a rough night."

Jeongin brought about his way towards his desk in utter silence, plopping down in his seat.

Seoho looked him up and down, "You've now gone completely crazy haven't you?" He huffed, "You have no will to work, huh?"

The Latter swiveled around in his chair, staring him down.

"What?" Seoho muttered, fixing his glasses, "You gonna hurt me?"

"Jeongin-ah..." Soyeon sighed, placing her hands on her lower back as she tilted back, "Do you have to be disciplined?" She pondered. She didn't gain a response, altering the subject, "My back is killing me because I went to the pool with a friend last night..."

Jeongin situated himself back infront of the computer, turning it on as the others buzzed around him like drones.

"I wish I had a girlfriend to take care of me..." Soyeon confessed wearily, "Jeongin."

He snapped out of his trance, looking back towards Soyeon.

"Doesn't your girlfriend take care of you? Can't you trade her over to me?"

Jeongin smiled tightly, his gaze bleak, "Shut up."

Soyeon shivered under his watch, averting her eyes, "You're quite unfocused today, are you still worried about that cat?" She hummed, making her way towards the exit, "Maybe try to let out your stress on something other than us." She called out to them as she left, closed the door behind her, "Work hard everyone!"

Jeongin got up after a few seconds of her disappearing, fussing towards the restroom. He leaned over the sink, grasping it to keep him up to his feet.

His legs felt like jelly and it was overwhelmingly difficult to attempt to think clearly, his mind rushing back to the previous night every time He tried to disregard it.

The door swayed open, Seoho stepping in and slamming it behind him, "I see how you are, You pretend to be nice," He jabbed his finger at him, "Yet as soon as something inconveniences you you twist and plot against them. You're so rude it's unbearable!"
