The phone in the police station rang, Felix scrambling towards it speedily, "This is Ssan police department-"

The person on the other side rambled about their pet as if it were the veterinarian they had called, Felix slamming the phone back down.

"What's wrong?" Kirana breathed, rocking back in her chair

"It's nothing." Felix dismissed, pacing around the room. He tugged his phone out of his pocket, dialing on it, "Hello? Hi, Chenle." He grinned, fixing his belt, "I called you..." He brushed the hair out of his face, "To ask for a favor."

A few minutes passed the front door waving open.

Felix rushed over, bouncing, "Mr. Choi."

"What happened." Minho Choi griped.

"I was wondering..." Felix hummed, shrugging, "If I could take the rest of the afternoon off?"

Minho sat down with a huff, frowning at him, "What for?"

Felix withdrew unimportantly, "Personal things, so it's a little hard to..."

"What?" Officer Kim butted in, "Are you going to a BTS concert?" He prodded, marching ahead, "My sister is going and it took her forever to get tickets."

"...And for that, I will need the rest of the day off." Felix nodded mischievously, making his way back towards his desk, "I'll assume that's a yes from you." He bowed towards his boss, "Thank you."

"Felix, You can't just take vacations without notice."

"Give me the needle," Felix whispered to Kirana, sticking his hand underneath her desk.

Kirana grimaced, jerking it out of her drawer and depositing it on his palm.

He hurried out of the doors, speeding off in his car. He stopped at an old office building, making his way inside and into a small room.

Chenle was located in the furthermost part of the room, toying with the needle as soon as Felix delivered it to him, "When we last checked it out we found no fingerprints." He murmured, "But we did find a sample of DNA."

"A DNA sample?" Felix echoed.

"Yes." Chenle crossed his legs over one another, "I don't believe it was Detective Kim's either. Sit down."

Felix took a seat infront of him, taking his time to scuff his chair against the wood floor.

"The drugs that were used would never have been available for Detective Kim in that period of time," Chenle stated, setting the needle upon the table, "In fact, it was fresh and there was a shipment to Kichun hospital just that morning."

Felix slipped out a pen and paper, writing exactly what the male was saying down.

"Felix, I hope you know that you will get in big trouble for doing this."

"Chenle," Felix peered at him, gnawing on the flesh of his cheek, "Will you believe everything I say?"

"Tell me first," Chenle stated.

"Okay," Felix ran through his mind, trying to find where to start, "Well..." He cleared his throat, setting his pen down, "At first it was cats. Every day we would find a dead cat in an alleyway." He sighed, "Then a worker in the task force went missing, Seungmin Kim."

Chenle nodded and hummed along.

"And even two days ago, a Boy got in trouble for attacking two people- He lived in the same studio where the cat killings were traced to." He continued, twisting his thumbs into the fabric of his shirt, "And in that studio, Detective Kim went missing. I believe." His lips curled into a frown, "And another went missing, Minho Lee- who lived at that studio."
