The Lost Treasure of Herz Der Sonne

"Okay, everyone," Rapunzel told the crowd gathered in the throne room. "After the Saporian attack, this kingdom could use a real pick-me-up. And what better way to bring everyone together than with a community project?" The crowd cheered. "With a little hard work, and a whole lot of Corona spirit, we can rebuild this kingdom." She picked up a handful of shovels and threw them into the crowd. "So, let's do it!"

"Yes!"

"Okay!"

"Let's do this thing!"

Rose listened as people all around her argued. Kiera and Catalina, Max and Rudiger, Stan and Pete. She sighed and continued to help Varian fix the destroyed room.

"I know this is typically your thing, Sunshine, but if you're trying to bring everyone together, maybe grueling manual labor isn't the best idea?" Eugene asked from up on the scaffolding he stood on.

Rapunzel chopped a log of wood, then looked up at him. "Don't think of it as grueling manual labor. Think of it as creativity... through destruction."

Then, off to the side, there was a loud crash and dust flew into their faces.

"Oh, now look what you made me do!" Feldspar yelled at Mrs. Crowley.

"That was your fault, you loafer!"

"Loafer?! I've never been so insulted!"

Rapunzel ran over to them, putting an arm on Mrs.Crowley's shoulder and her other on Feldspar's arm. "Feldspar! Old Lady, uh, Mrs. Crowley, let's not fight! Yes, we were supposed to keep that wall, but hey! This just gives us more work to do together."

They both groaned.

Mrs. Crowley walked away, her hammer over her shoulder. "This is why Crowley works alone."

Feldspar cleared his throat. "I'll go get glue."

Then, more of the wall fell apart, and Rapunzel coughed from the dust. She gazed at it in wonder, then quickly ran out of the room, soon returning with a book in her hand. Varian, Rose, and all the others gathered around her.

"'Here lies King Herz Der Sonne's lost treasure'?" She laughed, then turned to face the crowd behind her. "You guys, wait! This is an honest to goodness treasure map!"

"I have heard the legend of Herz Der Sonne's lost treasure," Xavier said. "It is said to be buried in his crypt. The tale begins millennia ago-"

"Uh, Xaves, bottom line us, would you?" Eugene asked.

"She's right. It's a map."

"This is just the thing to bring everyone together!" Rapunzel exclaimed.

All of Corona gathered around Rapunzel as she stood next to the map--now knocked out of the wall and placed outside-- and a device covered by a blanket.

"How many of you have ever dreamed of having a treasure of untold riches?" Rapunzel inquired.

Rose gazed into space as she imagined having untold riches. She didn't know exactly what she'd get, but she knew it would be amazing.

"We are holding a Corona-wide race for the lost treasure of Herz Der Sonne!" The crowd cheered. "But, wait! It gets better. Because this is about having fun together, everyone will be racing with a partner!" The crowd groaned.

"Who picks out partners?" Vladimir asked.

"Ah, ah! Not who--what." Rapunzel pulled the blanket off the device, showing a machine made out of all sorts of things.

"Couldn't we have just pulled names out of a hat?" Eugene quizzed.

"Oh, but it is a hat! I call it the 'Horotory Automated Teambuilder. Or," she pulled a piece of cloth off the machine, showing the letters HAT. "HAT."
