Friends turn to lovers
Lovers turn to friends
Life goes on.
You start off on a good note and end on a bad one.
You start off on a bad note and you might just be on a great roll now.
You spoke hours at an end then, you barely say hi now.
You barely spoke before, you can't stop now.
Life goes on.
Happiness comes, sadness leaves.
Sadness comes, happiness leaves.
You grow into a better responsible adult
But the child within you dies
Life goes on.
Feelings for an old one subside,
You develop feelings for a new one.
Interest turns to obsession.
And obsession ends with indifference
Life goes on.
A Someone special comes, a special one leaves,
Friends backstab, family hurts
You make new friends. A better family.
You started off your year great, it's ending at shit now
You stared your year shit, it's going great now
Life fucking goes on.
And you don't have a choice.
You either build up the courage to face it, to endure it
Or succumb to the pressures and failures and end it.
One thing that doesn't change,
The one variable that is always constant
and the one constant that is always variable is that
Life.goes.on.
