hi, so I'm having a bit of a hard time with some things right now, so I'm gonna send out a message to everyone who needs to hear it. 

You are wanted. People in your life care about you, they'd be sad if you died. 

You are perfectly valid and you deserve for your voice to be heard. 

You have talent. Maybe you can game, maybe you can draw, maybe you can write, maybe you can stay awake all night, maybe you can touch your nose with your tongue! It doesn't matter, everyone has something they can do and you are NOT useless. 

Your body is a vessel, not an ornament. It gets you places, it keeps you going, it's your home. But that being said, a mansion is definitely more comfortable than a straw hut. Anyways, even if 99.9% of people find you unattractive, 800 thousand still like the way you look! 

You are not on this planet to serve other people. Look after yourself. Keep yourself healthy, remember that you come first and helping others is a bonus along the way. It is never ok for someone to make you feel like your wellbeing doesn't matter. 

Hang in there, and remember that if you're at rock bottom, the only way to go is up.
