I never really thought that it would happen
Looking back
Years from now
At the memories
Of dallying in the fields
Hand in hand with family
Tied together
Like an infinite knot
I wouldn't even dare dream
That I would be here today
All alone
Feeling so unwanted
In a room full of people
The way they walk
Talk
Breath
speak
Sends utter horror
Rushing through my spine
Like a drug addict
On withdrawals
Its crazy and strange but I can't help it
Their touch
Sickens me to the core
And if only their smiles helped
Humanity feels like a predator
And I the clueless prey
Who won't stop keeping her back facing the wall
No one gets in
Yet everyone gets out.
