Jessie's POV

My mind was still stuck on Salazar's slit throat and the way he was silently pleading for help. I kept walking down the hall and checking every door, to find a bathroom. I opened one and finally see a sink and walk right in. Turning on the lights I find a girl and Jesus making out. We'll that didn't take long.

"Oh shit, I'm sorry," I say turning around so they couldn't see the blood on me.

" Jessie?" Jesus says.

"Yeah?" I ask looking over at him.

He looks at me with wide eyes and looks to the girl, " Hey mami, I'll call you later. My carnala (sister) is in trouble," he rambles of as he starts pushing the girl out of the bathroom.

" You don't even have my number, you fucker!" She yelled and pound the door.

Completely ignoring the girl, Jesus comes to me and pulls me over to the sink. He went for my shirt and pulled it over my head and started rinsing it out in the sink. We were quiet the whole time he cleaned me up and I didn't mind it at all. I needed the silience to calm my mind and the thumping in my chest. After he had all the blood cleared off he looked at me for a minute, before taking his shirt off and handing it to me. I just stared at it and looked at him.

" Jessie take it," he urged me.

I take the shirt and slip it on and felt like my arms were going to rip through it like the hulk.

" It doesn't fit," I pout and felt I was on the verge of tears.

" It's looks good. Come on, we gotta go," he said dragging me out of the bathroom.

He was going so fast, I stumbling all the way down the steps and through the crowd.  We get to the guys and they start talking in hushed voices. I roll my eyes and look around at the party and find a pair of brown eyes looking straight at me. I hid behind Jesus and Oscar, to keep out of his view. I didn't need the attention he was giving me and having him look at me differently.

" We need to go," I said tugging at their arms.

"I can't believe you actually did it Jess," Junior praised.

" I-I-I didn't do it," I stuttered.

" Then who did it?" They all asked in unison.

I looked at them briefly before Jesus says, "His wife."

Their eyes went wide and took a step back, complete shock written all over their faces. They weren't saying anything and I happen to look over at Mr. Brown eyes. He was walking in our direction and I shook my head in panic. His eyebrows furrowed in confusion and stopped in his tracks but, then kept walking towards us.

" I'll meet you at the car," I tell them and push them aside and left them staring into space.

I quicken my pace, bolting straight through the door and to Oscar's car. The Summer Breeze was hitting my skin and made goosebumps erupt all over my arms.  I leaned back against the car and soaked in this moment and inhaled the fresh air around me. My buzz and high had flew out the window when the image of Salazar's face took over my thoughts. My heart was hammering against my chest and my breathing seemed to be cutting off. I extend my hands in front of me and see them trembling so much,  I was scared I would have a panic attack right now.

" Hey," I hear a guy say.

I look over and see its him, "Why are you following me?" I asked annoyed.

"Because I can," he shrugs.

" Well you need to leave," I tell him harshly.

" Nah, I'll just stay here with you. Well until your boyfriends come," he says,  looking at me intensely.
