"I'm surprised you're still playing GGO after all of these events," Kirito said.
I was spending time with him while waiting for a group of player killers to pass through the area.
"I'm still shaken from everything that has happened so far," I responded, "Did your government contact say anything about Itsuki?"
"No, they still don't know where he is," Kirito responded.
"That's a shame."
I picked up my FN57-C pistol and checked the chamber by pulling back the slide.
"You keep on checking your equipment," Kirito commented.
"Well, if you got one in the chamber, that one bullet can make a difference," I mentioned.
I asked Kirito for a fresh magazine. He pulled one out of his inventory and passed it to me. I demonstrated how to have one in the chamber and a full magazine.
"You got 20 rounds plus one in the chamber," I mentioned.
We looked at the street intersection below us. I saw three figures passing through the intersection. I took out a scope and analyzed the unknown people.
"Would you look at that, right on time," I commented.
"Is it really them?" Kirito asked.
I handed the scope to him.
"That's them," Kirito confirmed.
I shouldered my Tac-50 and aimed down at the figures.
"It's about 500 meters," I guessed while adjusting my scope.
I hovered my middle finger over the trigger and placed the bolt handle in the webbing of my thumb and index finger. I took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. When I ran out of breath, I pulled the trigger back. I watched the bullet travel straight into one of the heads. The remaining two players took cover behind a wrecked car.
"Good hit," Kirito said.
I quickly cycled another round and aimed at the next person. I shifted my aim to the car.
"I can't get a clean hit on them Kirito," I informed him.
I looked to my left and he was gone.
"Wait, where'd he go?" I thought.
I looked back at the street and I saw Kirito running at them with his photon sword extended. I replaced the Tac-50 with my AUG before leaving the building. I chased after Kirito and shot in the general direction of the enemy. I spectated Kirito taking on one of the members who were also using a sword. The other player was downed a few seconds earlier by Kirito.
"Kai!" Kirito yelled.
I glanced at Kirito and he was locked with the sword player. I took a throwing knife from my vest and threw it into his arm. The player broke his stance and Kirito managed to kill him. I jogged over to Kirito and picked up the knife.
"Thanks for that," Kirito said.
"Don't mention it," I answered.
I checked my watch and saw it was around 5:00 pm.
"Let's head over to SBC Glocken," Kirito stated.
"Yeah, I could use some more ammo," I said while checking my inventory.
We walked back to a teleporter that leads us back to SBC Glocken. Once we got back, Kirito invited me to his room but I politely declined his offer.
"See you tomorrow," I said before logging off.
"See you soon," Kirito said.
I logged off of GGO and woke up to my bedroom. I took off the Amusphere and placed it on my pillow. My room was pretty bare in terms of the number of things I have out. I was getting ready to move on to college.

The FN57C is a fictional pistol based on the FN57 but it's fully automatic. Just imagine it like Sinon's G-18C pistol but it looks like the FN57 and it chambers 5.7 * 28mm rounds.
