"Kureha?" I asked.

"Yeah?" she responded.

"Are you sure that you don't want to meet up in real life?"

"I've changed so much since we've seen each other."

I leaned over the pool table and aimed for the pocket.

"I mean, I don't care if you've changed, I just want to see you again after 10 years," I said.

I pushed the cue ball forward with the cue stick and sunk the 8-ball into the hole. Kureha sighed and picked up the cue ball.

"I see your skills at pool improved at least," she commented while setting up the next set.

I reached over for my drink and found it empty.

"I'm going to get another drink," I sighed.

I opened the menu and ordered another drink. My credits slightly dipped down.

"Kai, come over here for a second," Sinon called.

I walked over to the bar table and set my drink down.

"Could you figure anything out about the PK group we faced earlier today?" Sinon questioned me.

I stated, "They definitely weren't a normal group of player killers. With their movements, I couldn't discern a potential leader either."

"Same boat here," Asuna stated.

Kirito's body fell onto Lisbeth's shoulder. She shouted in surprise and tried to push his body off her.

"What's up with Kirito?" I asked.

"It's just his whole new part-time job," Asuna explained.

"Well, that seems pretty exhausting for part-time."

I peeked at my watch.

"I have to go," I announced.

I opened the menu and hit the log out button. Before I confirmed it, I looked up and waved goodbye to everyone. Everyone waved back and I logged out of GGO.

I woke up in my bedroom and looked at a small board. College was already on the top of my priorities and I'm leaving for University of Tokyo. My phone rang for a couple of seconds. I lunged over to my nightstand and grabbed it.

"Hello?" I greeted groggily.

No one answered the phone. I shut off the phone and got up from my bed. The walls of my room were littered with notes on software engineering. I reached over for my folder and slowly started to take down all of the sheets of paper.

"Kaito?" someone asked.

I looked at my door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's your mom," she said.

I trotted to the door and opened it. She stood there with a cart.

"Are you done packing?" she asked.

"I just have a couple more things to pack," I replied.

I placed a couple boxes on the cart. I walked back into my room and placed the folder full of my notes inside my backpack. I placed my Amusphere into a protective case. I grabbed my Augma and placed it on my head.

"Two hours until my flight," I thought.

I picked up my backpack and luggage and left my room. My undergrad years are going to be in University of Tokyo but I'm planning on going to MIT once those years are done.

It wasn't a long flight, only a couple hours. Once we got there, we rented a car and drove to the University of  Tokyo.
