Do any of you have a story you want me to read or something? If so, link it because I want something good to read lool (:

Milan ;

Tell me those words did not just leave Chris's mouth. The boy who made a bet on my virginity, lied to me, and watched as I got my ass beat did not just say he wanted to make it all up to me.

"Wow, you're lucky I even picked up the phone. Chris, stop lying so much and grow up. Gosh, is it really that hard? All you ever do is lie and quite frankly I'm so tired of it. Just stop," I replied.

Chris wasn't wanting to make it up to me. He was lonely and needed me to keep him company which I refused to do. Right now I needed my rest and that was exactly what I'm about to get..

______________

Now it's our last week of school before Christmas break and I just cannot wait to get it all over with. Thankfully, Chris will not be there due to his fight with Blaze. Speaking of Blaze, I haven't spoken to him in a while.

"Are you taking the bus or riding with me?" Mom asked, grabbing her purse. "You," I replied, standing up from the table.

We didn't really talk that much on the way there but I didn't mind because I used that time to think about how I was going to tell her. New Years or Christmas? That kind of made me smile because what Mom would want to hear her 17 year old daughter is pregnant as a Christmas gift?

"What are you smiling about?" Mom asked. "Oh, nothing. Thinking about something that happened yesterday."

"OK," she nodded, pulling into the parking lot. I looked at her, arching my eyebrow. "What? I want to talk to a few of the adminstrators."

Oh my gosh! Why is she so embarassing?

She pressed the button, locking her doors and we made our way into the school.

To top my day off, Joyce and Chris were also in the office. "Hey," Mom smiled, tapping Joyce.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" "Came to check on how she's doing. You?"

Joyce glanced at Chris, sighing, "He got suspended so we're here to get his work."

Chris looked away, showing he was more annoyed than Joyce was about the situation. But it was all his fault. There's really nobody to blame.

"You can stay up here. I'm going to class," I said to my Mom, then walked out of the main office.

Avery and I sat on the gym bleachers, talking.

"Do you miss running cross-country?" She asked, resting her hand on my stomach. I nodded, smiling. Running wasn't something everyone liked but it cleared my mind. Now one of my favorite hobbies is sleeping.

"I'm not suggesting this and don't get mad but do you ever think about getting an abortion?"

An abortion? That would be so cruel but right at the same time.

"No, I'm just stuck like this," I smiled, gently poking my stomach. Avery nodded, "I hope it's a girl so we can all do her hair and nails."

That kind of made me feel a little better about having a baby because even though some people may not like it, I'll have my baby girl or boy to smile about.

"But before we get to the cute shit, you need to let your mama or dad know." Avery was right. I didn't need to get extra happy right now because I still had Teresa and Phillip to worry about.

After that Avery walled with me to my next class. We sat there, talking to our teacher for a moment then got started.

"Can I go to my locker?" I asked. She nodded and I stood up, walking out of the classroom.

This morning I had my binder. It couldn't be anywhere else...

"You made me miss school!" I yelled at Rhonda. "You're 18! You can wake yourself up now!" She hollered, slamming her hand on the counter.

Coming back to Compton was a mistake. I can't get to school on time anymore, Chaela doesn't have anyone to look after her while I'm selling, and this isn't safe for her or me.

"Did you even take Chaela to school?" "No, Kel did," she replied.

Kel was known for selling drugs also. How am I supposed to trust somebody like that around my younger sister?

"You ain't shit. I'm leaving," I said, walking back to my room.

Right now Mitch was going to have to welcome me back in because I'm done with Rhonda for a while. I've gave her chance after chance to get right but it's stopping me from the things that are really important.

Chaela ran up to me, wrapping her arms around my leg. "Come on," I smiled, picking her up.

I thanked the lady sitting at the front desk then walked out of the office.

Our ride back home(our real home) was quiet. Chaela was dozing off and I was just looking out the window.

My phone vibrated in the cup holder. I picked up, laying my head on the head rest.

"Hello?" "Where are you? Your mama said you left," Essence replied.

I groaned, pulling off from the stop light. "I left to get away from all that bullshit. Rhonda doing drugs, you messing around with Ty, and Slim tripping over some lous. My sister doesn't need to be around all that negative stuff."

"Do me a favor and come get me. I honestly need to talk to you about something," she said.

I don't know what made me do it but I did. I think it was how sincere she sounded.

I unlocked the door to my house then walked inside. I was caught up so they let a few people that worked my shift go home.

Now I could use this time to relax. Jenelle was at school and my husband was at work. A nice bath or laying in bed sounded nice but I didn't want to be in the house.

A spa was somewhere I haven't been to in months.

"Where's the phonebook?" I asked no one in particular. I looked through all the drawers downstairs then made my way up the steps, suddenly remembering Jenelle was the last person to use it so she could order food. As usual.

I grabbed it from her nightstand, noticing her binder. Jenelle would probably need it so I grabbed it and a small picture fell out. It would've saved me a lot of trouble if I had ignored it.

My lip began to quiver as I sat on the edge of her bed. My daughter, my baby is pregnant with a baby. How could I allow this to happen? Jenelle is inexperienced and so young. She still had a life to live but she's going to have to give all this up.

I'm so disappointed in Jenelle. There's really no one to blame but her. I was there for her! I was the one who tried to keep her away from Chris but she always defended that bastard.

I was now fumed. All I wanted to do is kick her ass. "Hey, can you take off really quick?" I asked Phillip. "For a second. Why? Is there a problem?"

"Yes, a huge one. Get here now," I said, hanging up. It would take him a few minutes to get here due to traffic so I could take that time to check her out of school.
