"Seven baby." I knocked on her door my detective said this is the right house. A fine young man opened the door he had no shirt on .

"Well nice to see my baby has good taste."

"I'm sorry who are you?" I was aware I could be old enough to be his momma but sheesh.

"Hello?"

"Oh I'm sorry I'm Your girlfriends mom?"

"No your not."

"Well I'm her birth mom-"

"Brianna is adopted." I shook my head with confusion.

"Who?"

"You said your my girls mom."

"Yes I'm Sevens mom." He laughed and moved to let me In.

"She's my roommate."

"Oh, okay." I'm sure she wouldn't mind me making him my Sugar baby. Meow!!

"Seven." He knocked on her door.
"Yes" my baby.

"Yes." I really hope Bri not on her shit today.

"You got a uhh. Uhh you got a Visitor."

"Visitor?." I look at Milo Tia and Kaiser there the only people I talk to, wait my sisters probably trying to surprise me!

"Her I comme."

I hurried up an unlocked my door to see..

"Baby girl, I'm sorry."

"Mom? Right." She shook her head with her arms out.

"I'm sorry my moms at home."

I walkedback I'm my room and began to cry you can't just leave and come when it benefits you. I called Skyla and she picked up on first ring.

"I told her to give you time!"

"What how could you keep this from me?"

"I'm sorry Seven but please give her a chance she's not good she's sick."

"And what about all the times I was sick , before Mom came in dad life I was in that bed all alone close to dieing feeling like I was some mistake."

"Seven it's not all about you how you think I felt? Just give her chance life is about forgiveness you'll regret it when she's dead knowing you had a chance to.. look I'm going to be here tomorrow morning Well talk to her together how about that?"

"Okay, I'll let her know I'm sorry I've been so selfish I forget she left behind two amazing kids not one."

We both laughed and said are I love you's then hung up. I was so happy Skylas coming to visit I missed them so much and especially making her sing for me every five seconds.

I walked out to Carmen and Jamal talking on the couch.

She got up when she saw me and held out her arms. I just looked her up and down.

"I want to try Carm- Mom im still hurt but I want to hear you out at lease."

"Really?! Thanks so much Seven Umm how about we meet at Waffle House at 9."

I love waffles so I smiled and agreed only if Skyla makes it on time though.

When she left I felt sick and if my heart was ripped out.

Getting that call from her it just felt fake I thought she was dead then her voice played in my head then her actually being here just overwhelmed me.

I forgot Milo and them was still in the room so I whipped my tears.
"You want space?"

Kaiser rubbed my back and sounded sorry. I smiled cause I couldn't take him serious.

"Nah I'm in the middle of kicking y'all asses in 'Trouble' " I popped a six and we laughed having a good time like nothing happened.

We were gonna have a sleep over but I wanted to get everything ready for Skyla I miss her so much. After I finished and closed my eyes they shot open. I heard the loud tv from upstairs. I knocked on Jamal's door.

It opened so I walked in "Can you turn down the TV?!"

He was sleep so I turned it down.
"Aye" I jumped and turned to him sitting up.

"You Okay you seemed upset earlier , If I knew I wouldn't have let her in."

"It's fine everything's okay." I turned gonna leave but I turned back around "Thanks for asking."

"Anytime were friends! right? "

"Umm sure."

"That didn't sound very sincere"

"Look I like you a lot but, Bri makes you all weird with me, I just prefer you to be the Jamal you introduce me to all the time not just when Bri turns her back."

"Damn I didn't realize I was like that, second chance?" He held out his hand. I put out my pinky, he hooked his pinky then I smiled.
"Okay friend sweet dreams." I said walking out.
