Catrina Aniello yawned. It was a typical boring day at Starbucks where she worked as a cashier. She really hated her job. But she needed it to make ends meet and money didn't grow on trees. Her mother would always tell her and her siblings when they would ask for an increase in their allowance. Catrina wanted to go to college because she wanted to be a teacher after she graduated and she wanted to pay for her tuiton. She was a straight A student and stayed out of trouble. Catrina wasn't interested in sports and she stayed to herself. She sighed. She wanted to go home and it was a slow day in Starbucks anyway and she wanted to go home.
The bell rang, signaling that a customer had come in the shop. Catrina found herself staring at a tall guy with short brown hair and a dazzling smile. He was wearing a blue shirt, black jeans and black shades. Catrina felt that her heart had skipped a beat as she stared at him.
"May I help you sir?" she asked
"Hi I would like to get a coffee and a doughnut please." The guy removed his shades and put them in his pocket.
Catrina felt dazzled by his smile. "Sure I'll get that for you." She smiles and almost triped over her feet. The guy smiles at her and she blushes. Oh god i am such a dork. Catrina grabs a cup and pours coffee into it. She gets a doughnut and puts it into a bag. She hands it to the hottie. "That will be $3.45."
He gives her a five dollar bill and she gives him change.
"Thank you." he said
"Your welcome.Have a great day."
He smiles and leaves and it's not long before she hears screams. Catrina feels like an idiot because he was her crush Zac Efron. She had always wanted to meet him and she could kick herself because he was in right in front of her and she didn't recognize him. I doubt that I'll see him again. She sighed and waited for her shift to end.
After that day Zac visited Starbucks a lot more often and Catrina was always there when he would show up. They would flirt with each blatlantly and he would leave. It was a pattern that continued for several weeks. But one day that changed.
Catrina was walking to the bus stop when a black BMW pulled up to the curb. She was startled when Zac rolled down his window. "Hey going my way?" he stated
Catrina was shocked. "Umm..."
"Get in I'll take you home." said Zac
"Ok." Cartrina got in the car and he pulled away from the curb. "I don't want to attract attention." he said as he drove
This has to be a dream right now. There is no way that i'm with Zac Efron. But if this is a dream. I don't want to wake up.
"So what's you name? Sorry that i didn't ask you before."
"My name is Catrina Aniello." said Catrina
"That is a beautiful name like you." Zac said with a smile and she blushed. "It's exotic. Do you mind if I call you Cat?"
"No." she said still blushing
"So where do you live?"
Cat told him and it didn't take him long to get there. Soon he pulled up in front of a red ranch style house.
"Thank s for the ride.'' she said
"Hey can I call you sometime? Maybe we can go out on a date."
