After being gingerly set down into the tan colored rock at the edge of the pool, I watched as Nakiirn stepped down into the water. His armor simply melted off and I took in a sharp breath as I averted my eyes for a moment. The sound of water splashing pulled my attention and I looked back to the glittering silvery blue waters. Nakiirn had turned and he was facing me then. Water lapped at his hips which were bare as far as I could tell from where I sat.

I swallowed hard. The man was the epitome of perfection. Broad shoulders, extremely well muscled and looking every bit the model of a 'world's sexiest man'. I couldn't help my lingering gaze which cut to every curve of muscle across his chest and stomach. I could have sat there staring all day.

Until he gave a soft cough, and I looked up at his handsome face. The look in his bright blue eyes intensified as I gazed into them. It was only for a moment, but with it came that strange feeling again, almost as if this moment in time was where I was meant to be. A warm feeling washed over me then as I watched him move to the edge. He reached out his hand for me. "The water will help," he urged.

Even though the water looked amazing, I was a little nervous to get in. The silvery blue looked like it held a lot of magic and I could feel the warmth of it as I slowly reached out to Nakiirn. As Nakiirn slowly helped me into the water, the warmth of it didn't feel like a normal bath did. I could feel it washing over me as Nakiirn gave a small tug on my clothes, making them disappear. He took me with him as he slowly sat himself in the water, making me blush as I remembered he had taken me here before. I'd been asleep though and the realisation of him having seen... all of me already made me suddenly drop down into the water. With a splash, I was under the water up to my chine. And refused to move, as my face went bright red at the memory.

It would seem that those kinds of notions were void among dragons as he looked at me curiously. He leaned back, stretched one arm up across the edge of the pool and watched me in what I could only assume was amusement. Well, as amused as Nakiirn ever seemed to get. There was a small smile on his lips. Almost fond even, but I refused to look too deeply into that. Not right now.

"The pool holds a bit of my power in it. It'll help heal your body and even keep that vile creature's poison at bay," Nakiirn said after some time of silence. "We can come here as often as you like."

The thought of being able to come here any time I wanted was comforting because the water was nice against my skin, but also a bit nerve wracking.

"If... I can't leave your side, does that mean you would have to be with me every time I come here?" I asked, somewhat hoping his answer would be a no.

"I would have to be nearby, yes. Not necessarily within the waters. Although, if you'd rather not I could always order for a bath drawn instead within your room." He answered seriously.

"No no! It's fine. I don't mind coming here." I said, giving him a smile. I sunk a little lower and let the water wash over my face, coming back up again I let out a light sigh. The water was so nice and warm and I didn't really want to leave. It made me think of home and my books. I always used to have a bath with a book. My two most favourite things. Both of which I didn't have. It was upsetting but for the time being, I was going to have to get used to my life here. I wasn't even sure at that moment if I was ever going to see my books again.

I looked over to Nakiirn who had his eyes closed. And watching him for a moment, I was pulled back to admiring his handsome face. That sharp jawline with those soft lips. I had actually had the pleasure of touching them. I bit my lip, thinking about him was making those feelings come back again, the ones I had tried to ignore. It felt like it was getting more and more difficult by the second to do so. I turned my face away so I could ignore them better. It was the only thing I could do, and it wasn't like I enjoyed ignoring them...
