I smiled. I closed my laptop, getting up to go check on her.

Cheryl's POV

I took deep breaths as I felt another shock wave go through my body.

Toni entered the room. "Wh-" She started. She dropped everything in her hands, rushing to my side.

"What's wrong baby?" Toni asked, holding my side.

"I-I- My water broke." I said, pointing to the puddle next to the bathroom door.

"Woah! Um, Okay. Let's go." Toni panicked. She grabbed the baby bag, my slippers, and my bag.

Toni carefully guided me to the car. "Okay. I'm gonna put this in the trunk. And this in the backseat." She rushed out, buckling my seat belt.

She grabbed the car seat, clicking it into the seat, then put the bags in the back.

She jumped into the car, driving away.

I was taking deep breaths. "It's okay. How far are they?" Toni asked, rubbing my stomach softly.

"A-about 30 minutes." I breathed.

She nodded.

Toni's POV

After about 15 minutes, I pulled into the hospital parking lot.

I helped Cheryl into the hospital.

"My fiancee went into labor." I told the nurse.

"Okay. We need a wheelchair!" She called.

A male nurse entered with a wheelchair, wheeling Cheryl into a room.

"Toni?" Cheryl called out.

"Yes, my love?" I replied.

"Call everyone and tell them it's happening." Cheryl nodded, turning into the room.

I nodded, taking out my phone.

"Hello?"

"Betty! Um, Cheryl went into labor! We are at the hospital now."  I smiled.

"Okay! I and jug are on the way. I'll call everyone else." she said.

I nodded, hanging up.

I entered the room. "She's 5 center meters dilated. She has to be 10. So try doing things to distract her from the pain." the nurse said. I nodded.

Cheryl had a needle in her arm, connected to the medical machine.
