Cheryl's POV

"SHE DID WHAT!?" Toni's voice boomed.

Abrielle started to cry as I tried to hush her softly.

Toni entered the house angrily as jughead tried to hold her back.

"Woah, Baby," I said, stroking her cheek to calm her down.

She sighed, taking a deep breath.

"What's happening?" I asked.

"Ask Betty." She huffed.

I looked at my dear cousin. "I-I-" Jughead cut her off.

"Tell them, Betty. Tell them how I just caught you in the same bed with Veronica! Tell them how you two weren't just in the bed together! Tell them!" Jughead yelled.

Abrielle cried some more. "Okay. Jug, take your niece outside to calm her down. Babe, you talk to Veronica, and I'll talk to Betty." I said.

I gently handed the crying baby to Jughead who went outside soothing Abrielle as he did so.

"Betty, you come with me," I said firmly, walking out of the room.

Once we got out of earshot, I look at her.

"Fuck her. I missed up." Betty said.

"How? What do you do?" I asked.

"I've been sleeping with Veronica behind jughead's back." She mumbled.

"Betty! Really?! How could you? If you didn't want jug, why did you say so?" I asked.

"I couldn't bring myself to do it." She sighed, sitting on the bed.

"Do you... Love Veronica?" I asked, seating beside her.

"Yeah. I do, it's just. I didn't want it to go down like this." She sighed.

"Well, it did, B." I sighed. "Look, I support anything you do. So whatever your choice is, I'm here." I nodded.

"I've already made my choice." She said.

I nodded, knowing exactly what that choice was.

"So, you take that ring off your finger, and return it back to jughead," I said.

Betty nodded. " I didn't want it to happen like this." She sighs, slipping the ring off of her finger.

"Love is love. And the heart wants what the heart wants." I smiled sadly.

Once we returned back inside. Veronica and Toni were finished talking.

"Betty has made her choice." I nodded, rubbing Betty's back comforting her.

Jughead walked back into the house with a smiling Abrielle.

"Hey, baby." I smiled, taking the baby from him.

I gave him a sympathetic smile. He smiled back sadly.

"Jug," Betty called.

He looked over at her, frowning as he watched her slip the rang off of her finger.

"I believe this belongs to you." She mumbled.

"Yeah. I, uh, I guess it does." He sighed, taking the ring.

"You'll find someone special to give it to. I-I don't deserve it." Betty said.

"Yeah. I'll find somewhere to stay tonight." He nodded.

"N-no need. I'm moving in with Veronica." She said. Veronica smiled an apologetic smile at jughead.

He just nodded, leaving the room.

"I didn't mean to be a homewrecker," Veronica mumbled.

"It's fine, V. It was bound to happen at one point," Toni said.

"Well, we better get going. I can see that you two need to talk." I said, linking Toni and I's hands while the other held Bri.

"Yeah. Sorry, you had to witness that, Cher." Betty said.

"It's fine. Call me later." I smiled as Toni lead me out of the house.

*At home*
Toni's POV

"Yeah. Sure, dad. I don't mind babysitting Tyler. I can't wait, okay. Bye." I said hanging up the phone.

"Katlyn just went into labor." I smiled.

"Oh my God! Yes." Cheryl giggled.

"Yeah, my father is gonna drop off Tyler." I nodded.

"How do you feel?" Cheryl asked, rubbing my back.

"Excited. Nervous. I never had a sister before." I said.

"Of course you didn't, silly." Cheryl giggled, watching as Elle did she did tummy time.

"Go, baby!" She smiled as Abrielle was lifting her head up.

The doorbell rang, cutting our attention off of Elle.

"I'll get it." I said.

Cheryl nodded, picking up Bri.

"Hey dad. Hey, Ty." I smiled at my little brother.

"Hey." He huffed, walking into the house.

"What's up with him?" I asked my dad as he handed me his bag.

"He's upset about Noelani coming." He sighed.

"I really can't get over that name." I smiled.

"Me either. But I have to get back to the hospital." He smiled.

"Okay. Call me when she's here." I waved. He nodded, getting into his car.

I closed the door, locking it.

I walked into the living room. Cheryl was sitting beside Tyler as he held Elle.

"See. Having a girl isn't that bad." Cheryl smiled.

He looked up at me. "Will Noelani be like this?" He asked.

"I don't know. All babies are different." I smiled.

He nodded, gently handing Bri back to Cheryl.

"Can I take a nap?" He asked.

"Yeah, sure." I nodded.

He smiled, going into the room Cheryl and I made for him.

I sat down next to my fiancee, "Bri looks tired." I said, looking at the girl.

"That's because she is." She giggled, trying to soothe the girl to sleep.

I kissed Cheryl's cheek, turning my attention on the Tv
