2 weeks after graduation

Cheryl's POV

All I've been doing was throwing up. I haven't been feeling myself lately.

My parents left a week after graduation, so it's just been me in my house again. Unless Toni comes over.

I decided to call my mom because she'll know what to do.

"What's up, Honey?"

"I've been throwing up for 2 days now. And I don't know what to think." I said getting right to the point.

"Oh. Did you check your temperature?"

"No."

"Go and do that."

I got up and went to check my temperature, my mom still on the phone.

98 degrees. "No fever, mom," I whispered.

"Are you feeling nausea?"

"Yes. All the time. And I'm eating weird things, I wouldn't normally eat." I said.

"Okay. Did you and Toni use protection the last time you both had sex?"

The last time we do it was graduation night. Which was two weeks ago. "I-I don't remember." I stammered, starting to feel emotional.

"Cher. Don't panic okay. Do you have any pregnancy tests?"

I looked in the cabinet. Surprisingly I did. "Yes," I said.

"Take one," she instructed.

I went to do what I had to do, my mom occasionally checking up on me.

After a few minutes, the test beeped.

"Check Cher. Go on." my mom said after she heard the beep.

"I'm scared..." I whispered.

"Everything is going to be okay. Alright? Just check the test." my mom encouraged.

I looked at the test. 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙩. I started sobbing.

"Cheryl. I need you to stay calm okay? Everything is going to be fine! You just graduated from high school. You have nothing to worry about. I and Your father are gonna catch the fastest flight to you, okay? Call Jason." my mom instructed.

I hung up the phone to call Jason. He said that he was on his way.

Toni's POV

I was sitting at my desk, editing Cheryl's pictures I took of her at graduation.

My phone started to ring. The contact My princess💍 popped up.

I smiled, answering the phone. "Hey princess! What's up?"

"C-can you come to my house. I have something to tell you." she sounded upset.

"Yeah. I'm on my way. Everything okay?" I asked.

"Can you just get here?"

"Okay," I said, hanging up.

I slid my Jordan slippers on, pulling on a sweater.

"Woah! Why the rush?" my dad asked.

"Cheryl... She called me, she sounded upset. I'm gonna be over there." I said.

"Okay." He nodded.

I walked out. I practically ran to Cheryl's house.

I knocked on the door, out of breath. Jason opened the door. "Good. You're here. I will be right back, Cheryl's upstairs." He said in a rush.

"Jaso-" Before I could finish he ran down the driveway.

I sighed, walking into the house. Closing the door behind me, I slipped my slippers off.

"Cheryl?" I called out. "U-Up h-here." She said.

I walked upstairs, into her room.

She was hugging a pillow to her chest, as tears spilled out of her eyes.

I instantly went to her side. "What's wrong?" I asked, cupping her face.

"I'm a-scared, Toni..." She whispered.

"Scared? Scared of what?" I asked.

"You h-have to promise y-you leave me." Cheryl cried.

"Why would I leave you? Cher, you're scaring me." I whispered.

"I-i missed my period. A-and I've been really sick." She looked up at me, her eyes puffy from crying.

My heart sank. "So, I called my mom. She told me to take a test and-" She started crying again.

I pulled her close. "You're pregnant, aren't you?" I asked.

Cheryl nodded as she sobbed into my chest. Holy shit.

"Promise you won't leave me please." Cheryl cried.

"Look at me cher," I said. She looked up at me.

"I promise. I'm with you through this whole thing. It's me and you against the world, baby girl." I said, staring into her Ocean blue eyes.

Cheryl nodded, pulling me closer. I sighed as I laid us down, holding Cheryl close.

Soon I heard her light snores. She must've been crying all day.

I can't believe that I'm gonna be a parent at 18. That's insane. But I'm gonna be here for Cheryl anytime she needs me.

I placed my hand on Cheryl's stomach, caressing it softly.

I leaned down, kissing her stomach softly. "Hey... Mama here. I just wanted to tell you that I love you even though I just found out about you. I want you to know that I will be here for you and your mommy. I love both of you guys very much and I'll do anything to make you both happy, protected, and loved." I whispered.

Cheryl's POV

I smiled softly at Toni's words. I felt her kiss back up to my face.

"I love you..." I whispered. Toni smiled.

"I love you too..." She replied, placing her hand on stomach.

"I love both of you." I smiled at that.

"We love you more," I replied.
