Today is Friday and it's equivalent to 24th of may which is the day hamida's wedding knot has been tied to Alhaji Mahmoud jinjiri after juma'at prayer.

From the other side of the room came hamida's voice which hit his ears as a surprise because he haven't noticed her sitting on the sofa at the other side of the room with "ina wuni" as he turned to look for the owner of the voice his heart skipped a beat as he laid his eyes on the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He just made up his mind at that moment that he has to claim her and make her his.
He cleared his throat and answered with "lafiya lau. Ya gida?"
"Lafiya" she answered.
He continued with asking "ya mai jikin?"
"Jiki alhamdulillah"
"Allah yasa kaffara ne"
She answered with "ameen thumma ameen".
All that while his eyes are laid on no one except her.
Grandma said "hamida kin tuno Mahmoud dan uwanki? Kin manta shi koh?"
She said "eh Inna."
Grandma said "jikan yar uwata mairo fa"
She said "Laa! Allah sarki inna kardai kice mahmoodi. Ni banma gane shi bah saida kika fada"
Inna continued saying "Mahmoud kaifa ka tuna hamida yar wurin aisha ta wadda kuke mugun shiri da kuna yara har 'yan uwanku suke tsokanar ku mata da miji? tun hamida na kuka kai kuma kana fushi bakwa so har kukazo kuka hakura kuke tsokanar junan ku da sunan".
It's at that time that they all remembered their childhood memories and how they were the best of friends at that time even though he was alot older than her.
