Part 14

I ran back to central city.

When I got to my apartment I checked my phone.
It was a text from Oliver.

I didn't bother to open it.

I just took a shower and went to bed.

Morning

Someone kept knocking on my door which made me wake up.
I brushed my hair real quick and checked the peep hole, it was Ollie.
I groaned and opened the door.
"Hey..." he said
"Hi." I said emotionless and closed the door when he came in.

"Look I just wanted to talk." He said
I sat on the couch waiting for him to continue.
"I didn't tell you because I didn't know how you would react, and if someone found out you knew who I was... well who knows what they'll do." He said
"Ollie! I'm your cousin! I'm basically your second sister. Does Thea know?"

"No. And I don't want her to find out!"

"Wow, so were you ever going to tell me?" I asked.

"What about you? When were you going to tell me you had powers like Barry?" He turned this around on me.
"Oh don't go turning this around on me! I didn't even figure out I had speed until a month ago! And I tried telling you Ollie I tried to tell you but I couldn't." I shouted.
He sighed and sat down next to me.

"I'm sorry, I just didn't want you to get hurt again." He said referring to my parents.

I looked at him and he looked sincere.
"I'm not a little kid anymore Oliver..."
"I know." He said
"Just don't keep secrets like this from me. Please."
He nodded
"And I'm- I shouldn't have said what I said yesterday. I was just so upset."
He said he was fine with it but I don't know...

"You too, don't keep secrets from me."
I debated whether or not to tell him about my other powers.
"Actually... speed isn't the only power I have." I said hesitant
He tilted his head a little.
I turned invisible.

Ollie stood up and he looked around.
"Y/n? Did you speed out?" He walked into my room looking for me.

"Ollie." I became visble in front of him.
"Speed and invisibility...okay. Anything else?"

"Yeah. One more thing. It's honestly so weird though."
He waited for me to show him.

I turned into a lion to try scaring him.
He jumped when I did.
I turned back and laughed at his face.
"Ha!" I laughed

Me and Ollie talked for a while and then he said he had to go back to star city.
We hugged and he left.

When he left I texted him.
"Hey if you ever see a speedster in star city it's probably me so don't shoot me with an arrow next time. That shit hurted."  I said

"Got it, sorry about that."
I smiled a little and ordered some food.
I felt too tired to cook.

Time skip to Christmas week or something

Barry was at his house with Iris and Joe setting up and I'm at home in my pajamas eating popcorn and watching Netflix.
I don't have any family in central city and Ollie and Thea are probably busy.
I didn't wanna feel sorry for myself so I got dressed and went to star labs.

"Hey guys!" I greeted them
"Hey! what's up?" Cisco asked
"Nothing I just got bored at home." I smiled

Barry entered the cortex with a bag.
"Merry Christmas." He said

He gave dr. Wells a box which was wrapped, I think it's wine.
He got out a bottle
"What's that?" I asked
"Courtesy of grandma ester."  He said
"That's what I'm taking about!" Cisco said

" I gotta go guys I just wanted to stop by and say hi." I sped off to work.
When I got there I put on my apron and saw Eddie and iris coming in.
They went to a table and I walked up to them.

"Hey guys! What can I get you?" I asked
They greeted me and told me their order.
I made their coffees and brought it to them.

I went back to my work spot,the register, and Eddie pulled out a small box.
Iris seemed shocked and when she opened it it was a key.
He said something and then grabbed her hand which was one the table.
They smiled and started talking.
