Scorpion makes his move

Derek's pov
     I sat watching the news "so he's come out of his hole, fucking Stiefmütterchen(pansy)" I heard Alice next to me "think we'll be on the mission?" I shrugged "couldn't tell you but I hope so, I want to get him" she nodded as I heard the PA "richter, Efeu, Maverick, Jackal and Kali to briefing" I looked over "come on, we've got our shot to bag him" she lifted a paper that said "Fick dich(fuck you)" while replying "I've got our tag" I rolled my eyes as we hustled down the hallway to the briefing room. When we arrived I saw Maverick but no one else, guess we're early "Erik, do we have a mission file?" He shook his head no "Everyone seems to be running late" I nodded as we sat down and waited. 2 minutes later everyone was here and Harry has slid us the mission files "scorpion has appeared in Hamburg, Germany, he's taken over the Canal control facility and placed bombs in strategic areas using hostages as time drains. You will have to work in 2 teams, one team get the hostages out the other defuses the bombs" I stared at the layout of the bombs "where'd we get these blueprints? There's no way we just found them" Harry replied "the CIA, they took one of the bombs from the Bartlett attack and have been reverse engineering it since the attack. We finally got the blueprint and priming system figured out" I nodded "makes my job easier" as Harry asked "any questions?" I heard Kali "how many hostages are there?" He spoke "from what our drones could see through the window 15" she nodded as jackal asked "how many enemy combatants do we have?"Harry replied "a minimum of 30" I asked "do we have any law enforcement on scene?" He replied "The Polizei and GSG-9 are on scene but want Rainbow to commence the operation while they try to keep the perimeter" I nodded as it fell silent "Dismissed, get a move on rainbow" we all stood and ran to our rooms grabbing our gear.

I threw on my gear as I grabbed my m417 and checked my sight until I heard Aria from the door "you're in a hurry" I nodded "I've got a chance to bag Scorpion, I want his fucking head" she replied "keep the temper in check, it could get you killed" I looked over "I'd rather die then let him walk out of that building alive" she sighed "just remember you're not there to kill him, you're there to save people" I nodded "I know, but I can't let him go" she replied "just stay safe, this room would be weird without you" I chuckled as I got on my balaclava "it almost sounds like you care" she spoke "I do care, I'm just not good at showing it" I nodded "I'll be back" as I clipped my 417 and started towards the door.
