It'd been a week since The Company 1 incident and everyone had returned to their respected Companies.
When Ren came back She didn't remember anything from the fight, all She could recall was Rekka saying something to her and The black.
When She woke up Ren was back at Company 1 lying in the infirmary along with Tamaki and everyone else injured, being treated for our Wounds.
After they were done, Shinra informed Ren about what happened...And She couldn't believe what She was being told.
At the moment Ren was lying in bed, looking up at the ceiling not doing anything just thinking.
'Whats happening here? The farther I dig the more everything starts making sense...but at the same time it doesn't', She thought.
She grabbed her hair and pulled it tightly in irritation and Confusion. "Dammit! All of this crap about the Evangelist and Edith makes no sense", Ren shouted.
'My transformation, Evangelist, burning the world, Edith, What the HELL is going on here?!'. In the middle of her mental breakdown She heard the door open. Immediately shooting up to where he was sitting she looked and It was Maki.
"Were you doing something Ren?", She asked her. Ren shook her head. "Nope not really just...Thinking is all", She told her with a monotonous tone. "Oh okay, anyway Captain needs Us for a meeting", She said.
Ren sighed and got out of bed. She tied her boots on, walking out the door with Maki.
They were walking in complete silence for a few minutes until Maki finally asked, "So...How are you coping with this whole...thing?". Emphasis on 'thing'.
Ren turned her head and then turned back answering, "I'm coping". Maki frowned at her answer.
"Ren I know your still in shock about yesterday but we're all here for you", Maki told her with clear sincerity in her voice, "I'm here for you".
Ren looked up at her with a wide eyed look as Maki continued, "We're going to find out everything I promise.
We won't rest until we do, until we found out everything and we WILL bring the White-Clad to justice".
"Will Make sure of it". Ren was a bit taken aback by Maki's serious tone since she's always a very cheerful and funny person, but she was nonetheless thankful.
"Thank you Maki, your a really Kind person ya know that?", Ren said to her. She blushed and smile giddily.
"Awwww Really? Golly Thank you so much!", She said giddily and blushing.

Ren giggled. 'Maki is such a great friend...She's more than I deserve', Ren thought to herself.
Ren had noticed since she arrived at Company 8 3 months ago that She felt a different way towards Maki.
