CHAPTER 3: WHAT A MOVE!

I was sitting in the couch with my skimpy short and plain white shirt when there was a knock on the door. I went to check who it was and surprise to see the Johnson's.

"Oh hi honey." Aunt Veronica greeted me with a huge hug. They were all in a business suit like they were attending some kind of business meeting.

"Hey....there guys. W-what a surprise." I said surprisingly. William came in and kiss me on the cheek. I caught off guard.

"Your mom didn't told you we're coming dear?" His father asked me and I simply shook my head.

"Oh you're here already! Come in." As my mother hurriedly invited them.

"Why are you guys here?" I whispered on William.

"Visiting you." He said smiling. I laugh and punched his shoulder. "Ouch!" He yelled out.

"You punk!" I said.

"Have a seat everyone." Mother told us.

William sat beside me on the one person couch. He pushed himself to fit us together on the couch.

"Hey! I sat here first." I said while pushing him away but he was too strong.

"No you haven't." He said not complaining that we are like a fish in can compact with each other.

I pushed him away but I failed again. Our parents just laugh at us and I rolled my eyes at them. How can this man so childish.

"Okay. Since we are all here. We will talk about the marriage. You two.." Williams dad pointed on us and we went silent. His dad has an aura of someone that you don't want to mess with. While his mom is.. well she's just like my mom. Cool as ever.

"You're wedding will be on December this year. We already had the date and the location of..." as he continued.

"Wait what? sorry sir but didn't I made my self clear before that I will not marrying this punk?" I said interrupting Williams father. I can't believe this.

"Athena!" My father yelled at me. He was sitted in front of Williams father and is beside my mom.

"Dad.... Please be on my side in this please." Pleading my father.

"Honey. You will marry William! His a good man who came from a very  respectible family and they were family to us. Besides our decision is final. That was your grand fathers dying kast wish." Mother joined the conversation saying it in a calm tone.

"What? Mom. Seriously?" I can't believe this.

"Athena, you grand father and my father are not just business partners. They were like brothers. They always wanted your family and ours to became a family, they made vow on it. When your grand father died, my father was on his side and he made a wish on my father to make our family united as one, and that is to get the two of you married." Williams father spoke. I shook my head in disbelief.

"Oh God. This is so absurd. William? Don't you Have any objection about this?" I looked at him furiously but William just tilted his head and smiled at me.

"I told you we will get married." He said happily.

"Fine. Fine." I throw my arms surrender knowing I won't win in this battle.

They all looked at me in shocked. Synchronizingly looking at each other.
