CHAPTER 7: TORN BETWEEN TWO LOVERS

"Make him jealous? Hmm I might like your idea." I said smirking after hearing Rylie's idea.

"So when you're ready, let's go for a swim." Rylie stood in front of me removing his shirt showing off his amazing perfect body. I swallowed when he flaunt his abs. Oh he also got the body huh! He then reached for my hand and pulled me up which caused my body to bumped on his. The girls looked at us with annoyance in their faces and William stared at us like he wants to murder someone.

"It's working isn't it?" Rylie asked.

"I-I guessed so." Feeling so embarrassed. I didn't know Rylie can also be flirty sometimes. I didn't  prepared for this one.

When I regained by balance, Rylie leads me to the pool side and he jumped off into the pool asking me to follow him.

William and the girls are already inside the pool, the girls flirting with him but his attention wasn't on them. I can feel his eyes at me, I gained posture and strength and did what I have in mind.

Removing my laced cover up and  revealing my skinny but curvy body and flaunting my asian tanned skin. I know I don't have the model like body but girls get jealous whenever they saw my perfect shaped butt. Hahaha! yeah.yeah I have God's best gift back here.

William and Rylie both stared at me with their mouth wide open. "Wow." I heard Rylie murmured.

"Oh please." I jumped into the pool and swum around.

After a while, one of Williams whore came to me and splashed water in my face.

"What's your problem bitch?" I said in annoyance.

"Oh i'm sorry bitch." She said in her most annoying tone while smirking and removing a strand of her hair covering her fake boobs, then she swum back at Williams. What was she thinking? Grrr. I wanna drown that whore.

Rylie came to me worried. "Ath are you okay? What was that?" He said while checking if i'm hurt.

"I'm fine Ry. That whore, I wanna drown her." I said while glaring at the woman who is flirting with William with her arms clunging around his neck.

When we got off of the pool, Rylie covered me with the towel.

"Thank you Ry." I said smiling.

Rylie went to the bar to get us drinks. While he was gone, I was drying my hair off, then I feel that somebody's  coming from behind me. I turned around to see who it was.

"Athena a-are you Okay? I-i'm so sorry about earlier." I saw worriedness in his eyes.

"I'm fine. What was wrong with your woman by the way?" I asked while still drying my wet hair.

"First, she's not my woman, you are. Second, maybe she did it because i was ignoring her and she caught me staring at you all the time." Staring at me all the time? Why?

"Whatever. She's with you now and you should pay attention to her and not me." I said turning back at him. I wanted to say the opposite, but my heart won't forgive me if I give it to William that easily : MY FORGIVENESS.

William sat beside me. "I don't care about her babe. I wasn't flirting with them. My attention was all yours and yours only."

Rolling my eyes "Oh please William Jace Johnson, we both know you're not capable of keeping your words. One time you said that to me, I caught you cuddling another girl instead of coming back with my drink."

William sigh "If you'll just let me explain Athena, you'll understand."

I saw sincerity on his eyes. But, I can't forgive him this sudden. I don't want to listen with his lies.

"Maybe. But, what happened at your office explains everything." I stood up and about to walk away.

"It's not what you think it is Athena. I did it to make you jealous and to make you realized that you can't live without me." He stand up and stood in front of me. I saw hope in his eyes. Hope to give him the chance to explain.

"Forget it. Cause I'm already living my life without you." I said in a proud way.

I then turned away from him. Am I doing the right thing? Or am I being so hard on him? He was good to me before. But what can I do? Every time I think of forgiving him, it always comes back to me...those scenario when he was enjoying cuddling another woman, and it hurts so much.

It was a long drive coming back to my place. My home. I saw my mother standing outside the door waiting for me. She waved at me and smiled brodly.

"Honey, darling how are you? Oh I missed you." She came at me and hugged me tightly.

"Mom I was just gone for about... morethan a month and your that excited to see me?" I said when she finally let go of me.

"Oh honey the house was so empty without you." she clung her arms around my hand.

"Ahh how sweet. Your just missed nagging at me." As I teased her. I missed her also, I missed her pinches and mostly her advices and the pancakes she cooked every morning.

We walked inside and talked of many things. I told her about what happened at the resort and she was asking me to give William another chance.

"I don't know mom. Let's see cause I will be working with him again."

"Oh thats a good start honey." She said smiling.

"By the way, your brother came here and he left something for you. It's in your room honey."

Yes, i have a brother. But he was married and he lives in the north with his wife and 1 daughter. I haven't seen him for almost a year now.

Dad was back in London again for his trip and will be coming back next month. Since I was child, he always working outside the country and we are okay with it cause he never fail to be with us and support us in everything. He loved us so much.

I went to my room and searched for what my brother left me. It was an invitation for his daughter's 2nd birthday party. He was married to Andrea, one of the famous model in our country. Always classy and perfectionist. Oh I imaged living with her. Maybe it was so annoying.

Throwing the invitation into the drawer. I dialed my brothers phone number. It's been a long time since I talked to him.

"Hey dude."

"Hi there baby sis. How are you? It's been a long time huh! heard what happened. Are you Okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine dude, nothing to worry about." We are close as child and teenager, but when he got married and move north with his family I haven't talk to him that often. I am not that close with his wife so I never tried to call him until now.

"Great! So you're coming on your niece birthday party right? She was excited to meet you."

"I am excited too, but Im not sure I can make it bro."

"Athena, are you still mad at me?"

"Of course not. I-its just that.. there's a lot of things that is happening to me now and I don't know if I have time to travel there. I'll just see if I can, Okay. I'll message you."

"Fine. But I'll be expecting you okay? We all are. I missed you baby sis!"

It was already 2 am and I'm still up thinking about working with William again. Oh this is gonna be hard, but I will try my best not to get soft to him easily.
