CHAPTER 16: CONFUSION

William's pov

I was talking to the head security, clarifying things about what just happened. Gladly they made actions about it. "I will look forward to that Eric. I hope this will never happened again." I told him in pure authority.

"D-definitely Mr. Johnson. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience it caused you." He responded.

After we finished talking, I turned around to look for Athena. But disappointed when I can't seem to find her. Where did she go? Is she mad at me for kissing her?

I tried calling her but her phone is out of coverage. I sigh! Maybe she's mad at me. But she responded with my kiss. It looks like she likes it too! But why she disappeared?

Athena's pov

His kisses seems to be so real. It always been so magical. like the first time.

I walked away being a coward again, refusing to admit that I still have feelings for him. I love him! Yes, I still love him a lot. But it isn't what I wanted to happen. I can't love someone who doesn't love me back.

When I arrived at the house I found Rylie waiting for me. "Rylie!!" I said feeling so happy to see him.

"Hey there princess! What took you so long?" He replied then kissed my cheek.

"Something happened. Anyways, did you eat already? I'm starving..come on let's eat outside!" I said giving him puppy eye. He rolled his eyes and pinched my cheeks.

"You.are.so.adorable." he said while shaking my face by pinching both my cheeks.

"Hey!!" I said and brushing his hands away from my cheeks.

"Go up now and change and I will take you out for dinner my dear princess." He said while bowing as if I'm a highness. I chuckled before leaving to my room.

Later.. we went to an Italian restaurant in harvest road. The servers were so accommodating. They even give us special table for being tonights couple who dines in their restaurant. We just go to the flow and pretended we're a real  couple. We just laugh at each other about it. "This is good! At least this time we are finally a couple." He leaned down near my ears and whispered. I just glared at him, smirked and shook my head in disbelief.

"What? Hey...I'm still serious Ath.. and i'm serious about my feelings for you.. you know that." He sounded disappointed.

"Ry..." I responded when we got to our table.

"I know..I know Ath. I told you before...I am willing to wait even if it takes forever." He said sincerely and moved his hands towards mine pressing it.

"Oh Ry..." before I can continue what I'm about to say he stopped me and I frown.

"Hold it! I have a surprise for you." He said with a huge smile then called up the waiter and signaled him something. The waiter came to us with a companion of 3 persons carrying a violin and played beside us a very sweet music. Rylie stood beside me and gave me a bouquet of pink roses that the waiter gave him. It took by surprise. Did he planned all of this? I was speechless at the moment.

How romantic! As I thought it is. "W-whats all this Ry?" I asked in amusement.

He offered his hand and pulled me up for a dance. "This is my surprise for you..." he stood up and when he opened his palm, I saw a necklace with a heart pendant and a diamond emblem in the middle. My mouth pulled an O form letter in amusement.

Rylie put the necklace around my neck and once again asked me to dance with him. Me? I just stood there dancing with a very surprised and shocked face.

"I know you don't love me the way I love you Ath. But like what I told you before. I will wait for you even if it takes forever." he whispered in my ear.

"I gave you that as a symbol of my love for you. You're holding my heart now Ath. Will you take care of it?" He said starring seriously at me.

"Ry.. this is too much. I-i don't k-know what to say." I said stuttering.

"You don't have to answer now Ath. I told you. I will be waiting. Just let me show you how much I love you. Will you?" I sigh and murmured "Okay."

What is this strange feeling that I'm feeling right now? I'm sure I only love Rylie as a best friend, but right now I'm not sure anymore.

We finished our dinner with a very romantic music playing just for us. Ohhh how sweet! Any woman will surely fall in love with it.

After Rylie drove me home. I go straight into my room feeling so exhausted. I can't believe the events that happened tonight. William and I shared a very intense kiss. Which i don't know what it means. Rylie confessed his undying love for me. What should I do? I am quite hesitant with my true feelings towards those guys now. I sigh! This is too much too think. I should take a rest and live it as it was.
