Chapter 1

I woke up to my mom calling me
Mom- honey breakfast!
Y/n-ok I'll be down in a few
I finally got out of bed and changed out of my night gown and into my white dress, as I'm changing I feel to symmetrical bumps on my back. I run down stairs and ask my mom what they are.
Mom- it looks like your wings are growing in
Y/n wait really?
Mom- yeah
Y/n- hey where's dad?
Mom- he had a business trip and won't be back till a couple days
Y/n- oh ok
I sit down and eat breakfast, I look at the clock oh no I'm late, I kiss my mom on the cheek and tun to school I get to class and I sit between my best friends Dixie and Payton.
Payton- oh hey y/n
Y/n- hey
Dixie- I'm not ready for this test
Y/n- I'm sure you'll do great
Teacher-Ok students we will be starting the test in a few minutes, so clear off your desk and take out a pencil
As I'm clearing off my desk I here a pencil drop I turn around and pick it up, and hand it to who dropped it

Y/n good luck in the test
Anthony- you too
I turn around and the teacher hands me the test
now this isn't just an ordinary test, It's THE TEST if you don't pass it you can't graduate, so basically all the years you take them you have to make a portfolio and if it gets approved you can go on with your life and have a job but if it doesn't well you have to retake all of them in a month, i know that's a lot

Y/n- thank you
I began the test it wasn't to hard at all for me but I could se Payton struggling, I wait for the teacher to turn around to pick something up and slid my paper over he reads it and smiles. I was first to finish the test and I hand it to her, I walked back to my seat and read my book I saw her grading it and smiling.
Later on everyone finishes there test the bell rings and me Dixie and Payton walk to our next class
Payton- thanks for giving me the answers to one of them
Y/n- Np , guess what?
Payton and Dixie- what?
Y/n-my wings are growing in
Dixie-Really?
Y/n- yeah
Payton- lucky
We get to our next class and Time flies by next is lunch, I get to my locker and get my lunch out I close the door, I see Anthony and jumped
Y/n- you scared me
Ant- sorry
Y/n- it's fine
Ant- we should hang soon
Y/n- yeah we should
Ant— what are you doing this Saturday?
Y/n- nothing
Ant-good, it's a date
Y/n-can Payton and Dixie come?
Ant- sure...
We walk to lunch and I sit with Payton and Dixie
Y/n- what are you guys doing this Saturday?
Payton and Dixie-Nothing why
Y/n- cool Anthony invited us to hang out
I say as I take a bite out of my salad
Dixie-ANTHONY??? as in the most popular boy at our school
Y/n- yeah
Dixie- THE EXTREMELY HOT ONE
I look at Payton and he shrugs his shoulders
Y/n- yes, calm down
Dixie- omg what am I going to wear
y/n- relax tomorrow we can go to the mall if you want
Dixie-Ok thanks
