Prologue

This is about why they moved to Japan and how the government found out about Yuki. There will be a little blood in this chapter.

In this world with quirks and supernatural, a new profession was created. People who wanted to save people were heroes and those who used their power for their own gain were villains. In most countries, this was the way of life except in America. While other countries saw the emergence of quirks and the supernatural exciting, the state saw chaos. In America, only the super-rich was allowed to use their quirks and the middle class and the poor were restricted on what they could do.

There were many laws restricting quirk use, but the law most enforced was not to mingle with another supernatural species that was your opposite, for example, Dark and Light elves. The reason behind this law was to prevent any further growth in quirks. This law only applies to the supernatural because they are all born with some type of strong ability. Those who broke this law were killed. However, that did not stop one couple's love. 

Yuki's Pov

Hi reader it's soo nice to meet you. My name is Yuki Chikara which means snow strength. I am ten years old and my quirk is called hybrid. My Okasan Sakura (Mom in Japanese) and Otosan Dave (Father) said I have to keep a secret because if people found out I would be in danger.

Every day before I go to school I have to wear caps on my vampire fangs and have blue contacts so people believe I'm just a werewolf. My parents have to keep their marriage a secret because they will get into trouble if people found out. My mommy is a nurse at a hospital and my daddy... well I don't know what he does, but I love him!

I put on my fang caps and contacts and head to school. I hate my school because I get bullied for being shy. I am extremely jealous because they do not have to hide their true selves like me. I walk into class and sit down only to feel my butt burn. I shoot up screaming in pain, tears coming from my eyes from the sting. I look down to see a bunch of pure silver coins and see James my bully laughing. "Oh sorry, wolf boy I forgot I put them there." I do not know why he can't just leave me alone. I have never done anything to him.

After class, we went to lunch and I sat in the corner drinking my blood because I am part vampire I can not eat normal food. I was drinking my blood minding my own business when all of a sudden James snatched my blood away from metal on me. "Give it back James."

     "No why should I Yuki it's not like you are going to do anything about it."

I felt a sudden rage build up inside me. I have had to deal with him for so long I can not take it anymore I am done hiding. I get in his face and shove him causing him to fall back on the floor. "I am done taking this treatment from you!!" By now everyone is watching us, no one was used to me standing up for myself.

       "Oh, so you do have a pair after all. What is in here that you do not want me to see so badly. Let's take a drink and find out shall we?"

He opened the bottle and drank. He looked at me with disgust.

     "Why would a werewolf need blood? Oh my god, Yuki is a hybrid we need to alert the teacher at once someone! Someone hold Yuki there till I get back!"

At this point, the cat was out of the bag so I remove my fang caps and lunged at James and tackled him to the floor. I turned his head exposing his neck and I tour into it with my fangs like an animal. After I was done I looked at the students with blood still dripping from my mouth. Oh no, what have I done? All the students looked at me and ran out of the cafeteria. I zoomed home and told my parents what had happened. My mother and father pack out things. "Mommy where are we going?"

     "Yuki sweety you are a hybrid. It is against the law that you even exist and because of what happened at your school government agents will be sent to kill us so we must leave to country ok," she says in a sweet yet concerning tone. 

I am still a little confused "Ok mommy I am sorry this is my fault." She tells me it is not any fault of mine and gives me a hug. We soon left to meet one of daddy's friends by a river dock. He has a travel quirk and can create a portal for us to travel anywhere, but it is only one way. My daddy walks up to his friend.

     "Hey man, I really appreciate you doing this for me and my family."

     "No problem Dave. I think Japan will be the best place it is not as strict when it comes to laws. I hope you and your family like Japan and can live in peace."

All of a sudden a bunch of men in black suits appear as if out of thin air. That was weird, maybe someone was hiding them in plain sight with a quirk of some kind. Then a man wearing a red suit steps in front of the others.

     "I told you to stay away from that woman Dave, but you didn't listen. Instead, you married a bloodsucker and created an abomination" he points to me. "It's a shame you had such potential oh well what's done is done this is goodbye brother."

So this must be my uncle Damon. I had heard he worked for the government which is why I was always kept hidden from him. Daddy's friend opens the portal.

     "Quickly before closes you don't have much time!"

 My mom and I raced toward the portal when we heard a gunshot. We look up to see my dad died on the floor. My uncle Damon must have aimed at me, but my daddy jumped in the way to save us. "Daddy no!" I look to see my uncle fire his gun again but it jammed. As me and my mommy use our vampire speed to get to the portal we hear my uncle yelling.
    
     "I will find you!!!"
