Chapter 6 Costume Improvements

After all the fights were over we walked back to the classroom still in our hero costumes. We were all tired after that class. I was walking with Yuu and Ikari when I noticed Ikari has a sad expression on his face.

     "Hey, Ikari what's wrong dude? You have has that same expression since we left."

     "I'm just disappointed in myself you know? I thought I was going to be able to stop you and in the end, I passed out from exhaustion and lost."

     "No, you did great! I was having trouble keeping up. I had trouble because you kept switching from ice to fire. One moment I was shielding my self with my cape from the fire and the next I was dodging your ice attacks." I was being truthful for the most part. I did have trouble cause he kept switching between elements, but I had no trouble dodging then thanks to my senses.

     "Thank you Yuki, next time I will defeat you."

     "I look forward to it," I said as I patted him on the back.

We finally make it back to the classrooms and everyone collectively sided. As I go to lean my head on my desk I hear our teacher tell us that school was not dome yey and to pay attention. Since did the caterpillar wants to teach, but he is a pro hero after all so I put my head up as he spoke.

     "Good job today class I want to remind you all one thing before you all go home. If you found that your costumes did not work or want to improve them the go-to Mei Hatsume's workshop. She is a third-year engineering student who specializes in improvements. Oh, and we are having a little field trip to the USJ tomorrow. Wear your hero costumes dismissed I need sleep."

I say goodbye to my friends and head to Mei Hatsume's workshop. I read the signs and found where to go. When I arrive at the door I hear a loud boom and cover my normal and wolf ears. I walk in to see a girl with pink hair in pigtails with goggles on her head. Her face was covered with grease and smoke. She notices me standing by the door and comes to greets me.

     "If it isn't the famous Yuki Chikara. My name is Mei Hatsume it is so good to finally meet you!"

      "You know me?"

     "Who does not know you? The school year may have just started, but you have already made a big name for yourself. You scored the school's highest score on the recommended test, your a vampire-werewolf hybrid which are rare and you took down Bakugo a former member of the big three. You are the talk of the school this year. Which could be in your advantage."

I did not realize all that to be honest. I have just been trying to have a normal year and things either get in my way or just happen to me. Before I forget I tell her what I need to be done.

     "Hatsume I need my costume redesigned. There is to mush in and I was wondering if you could make it smaller so I have more mobility."

She looked at the suit "You have a lot on this thing don't you" she said.

     "Yea I do it is too flashy too." I took it off cause I had some shorts and a T-shirt on underneath.

     "Any particular colors you want for it?"

     "Red and black, please. Oh, and I have one more request if it is possible. I do not know if it can be done."

    "Chikara here at U.A we make the imposable, possible please ask."

     "Ok so I wanted to know is can you incorporate my fire-resistant cape into my wings?" She looked at me for a moment then she answered.

"It can be done it will hurt though because we will need to stitch the fabric into your wings. After that, I will call my assistant who can make the change permanent with her quirk."
