Chapter 22 Training Camp

My first year at U.A was currently not without its surprises and excitement. I did not really plan on talking to a lot of people and I was really shy, but that quickly changed. I made friends and met some really cool people like Yuu and Ikari who became my best friends and I even got a girlfriend. I even fought the number one hero and won, so this first year was anything but boring. I was working out at the gym when my phone went off. It was a group chat with the class that Mr. Aizawa set up to contact us all. I read the message.

Aizawa: "This year's class 1A really exceeded my expectations this year. I have not had a class that performed as well as you all for about two years. Now onto the point of this message. We are going to be going to a training camp at Mount Fuji to improve your quirks. As heros, you will not get time to just have a lazy day and must always be on guard. This trip is mandatory for you all. I will see you all at the school tomorrow at six a.m sharp. Bring a couple of pairs of clothes, we will be there for a couple of weeks."

After reading I decided to head home, well there went my summer vacation. I mean I get the point of the training camp, but after all, I have been through this year I wanted to just hang out at home. When I arrive at my house I see my mom and Mr. Aizawa on the couch celebrating.

     "Hey, what is with all the celebrating?" I see my mother walking over to me.

     "Yuki great news me and Shota are getting married!"

     "Oh that is great news, congrats mother," I say and hug her.

I look at my soon to be step-dad and give him a nod of approval. "Well, I am going to bed. I have to get up early for the school trip tomorrow. Good night you two."

Time skip to the school the next morning

We get on the bus and I notice that two of our classmates are not here. "Mr. Aizawa were are Sakai and Moidori?"

     "I got calls from their parents that there was a family emergency they had to go to."

With that, the bus started and we were off. I pulled out my phone and listened to my music. I was listening to a K-Pop band called Highlight. They used to be a six-member group, but in 2016
they left Cube Inc to make their company and group called Highlight. One of the members left making it only 5 members (ALL True Btw). "Hey, Mr. Aizawa why is this training camp all the way at Mount Fuji?"

     "Did everyone hear what Chikara just asked? It was an important question. He asked why is this training camp all the way at Mount Fuji? The reason is that two years ago when with my old class we were attacked by the league and one student was kidnaped. Soon after the whole ordeal, the location was moved."

He told us that we were taking a rest stop to stretch out legs. We all get out and I am the only one who takes their stuff. As soon as we get out the bus is going to leave and we have to walk the rest of the way. I thought it was pretty obvious, but my other classmates did not catch on. Mr. Aizawa notices me taking the bag and nods his head because I noticed what's going on.

We get out and are introduced to three (Not four because the 4th lost her quirk to All For One if ya'll remember), cat-like creatures. I recognize them at the pussy cats. My class says hi and turns to the bus only to see it was gone.

"Your summer camp starts now. Make yourselves to the training camp follow the trail," our teacher said. Then the ground started to shake and we fell about two meters (6 feet U.S).

I look at my class and take charge because they started to panic. "Listen and get a grip everyone! The cat people said to follow the trail. According to the sign here it should take about two hours for you all to get there. Now follow the trail and stop wining like children."

     "Wow Yuki I have never seen you snap like that before," said Yuu.

     "Yes well, I hate bickering. Well, I will see you guys there." I take my bag and zoom off. To my classmates, it seemed like a blur when I left because their normal eyes can not keep up. I make it to the camp in a matter of seconds. I am greeted by one of the pussy cats Ragdoll Tiger.

     "You are already here? It is at least 8.047km (5 Miles) from where you all started."

     "It's because of my hybrid speed. My name is Yuki Chikara, perhaps you have heard of me?" I say this like he should know me. I mean everyone elts does so I just assumed.

     "Ah yes, the famous hybrid. I saw you perform at the sports festival, most impressive."

I thank him and he attempts to grab my suitcase.

     "What the heck is in this thing? It feels like a ton of steel."

     "To be exact I have my weights, books, and clothes. The suitcase by itself weighs about 226.796kg (500lbs) and with the weights, there is a total of 346.998kg (765lbs) in my case." He looks at me in utter disbelief when I walk over and pick up the suitcase as if it was nothing.

     "I am not surprised you mane it here first Chikara." said my teacher. "Go and get your stuff situated in the boy's room."

     "Yes, Sensei." Five hours later the rest of the class arrives and we all go and eat. The class eats their food and I sit there and drink my blood bag. In the middle of me drinking it Sentoki asks me a question.

     "Hey Chikara I am curious, is there a particular blood type you prefer?"

     "Yea there is. I prefer O+ it has a sweet taste to it. Though if I can't get O+ then I will settle for O-, I hate AB blood. it tastes like rotten meat."

     "Well, that's good for me then."

     "Don't worry I do not bite...much." As I say that I extend my fangs. He simply laughs and we all go to our cots and hit the hay.

I wanted to make this one chapter, but it would have been too long. I will try to post the next chapter tomorrow. Until next chapter, VampireLord_2101 out!
