On her way to Ava's house Marina had stopped for a fruit smoothie, just the energy she needed before the usual  weekend jogging. Thirty minutes before hand she would start her routine. Knowing that with Ava by her side the running would never take more than fifteen or twenty minutes and have many breaks in between, she would always have to warm up in advance. In another words, she would have to do real exercises before having some fun. Meeting Ava and going for a coffee afterwards was always a delight, ever more than a need to keep fit and healthy and that was always enough for her.

The frenetic sound of the bell ringing had brought Ava, still in her pink and blue pyjamas and her penguin shaped sleepers to the door. The fresh air as well as the energetic and sarcastic - Good mooorninggg sunshineeeee! - would have brought her the painful revelation that another day had started. Perhaps going to bed at three in the morning before jogging wasn't ideal, but has she would say:" We only regret the things we never do". Now is time to embrace the consequences of wanting to do everything.

-Why in this world are you  still in your pyjamas miss penguins? - She said while forcing her way through the Hallway.

- I forgot to set my alarm clock, I did. You know me, I am no good with technology. - The door slam behind her back while following Marina to the kitchen.

-You know what you are no good with? Do you? Exercise. I am doing you a coffee while you have a shower and I don't want to hear any excuses.

-Perhaps today we could just snuggle in bed watching old fashion movies and eating some ice cream with popcorn and chocolate squares?

- I know you, that's your recipe for hangover... You... Haven't... Oh My God, you did. You went to Niklaus party. - She walk towards Ava, pushing her against the grey corner sofa that lies against the window cell that divides the kitchen from the dinning room sofa while jumping on her legs and keeping her arms captive- What have you done? Who was there? Was she there?

- I did nothing... I will bite you or scream for help if I have to- She threaten in hope for an immediate release.

- You are avoiding my questions, which means you have done something you regret. Spill it out. - She said while jumping to the sofa by her side with a judgemental smile on her face.
