Today is Valentine's Day, I used to love Valentine's Day but ever science I was cheated on by my boyfriend Daniel, well my Ex boyfriend I realized how stupid and pointless it was. So now I hate Valentine's Day. When I wake up and try and decide what to wear, I decide to throw on some jeans and a black tank-top and a jean jacket. I walk out of my room and into the kitchen and make some toast. Once I heard the ding of the toaster trap the toast and start my walk to school. When I get to school I am greeted by my friend Karen.
"Girl what are you wearing?" She says
"Cloths" I reply annoyed
"Ok well I have good news, I got you a date!!!!" She says excited
"You what?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" I yell. And for a minute everyone stares at me.
"I got you a date... with G/N''
"With G/N/????? How did you do that??? Everyone in school likes him"
But before she can answer the bell rings and Karen mutters a quick goodbye and runs off to the first period. But I decided that I am just going to skip school today. I am only a freshman so my classes are easy and don't really matter not to mention that my family can't afford to send me to college and I will be lucky if I get to finish high school. I am walking towards the exit when I hear a teacher coming and I quickly dodge into the library. I decide to wait a minute before I try to leave again, and see G/N start down the hall and he hears another teacher start walking down the hall, but before the teacher can notice him I grab his arm and pull him into the library with me. After the teacher passes he turns to me and says,
"Thanks I owe you, I am G/N by the way"
"No problem, and I am Y/N"
"You ditching class today?"
"Yep"
"Do you want to ditch together?"
"Like a date?"
"Yeah aren't you the one that I was going to go on a date with tonight?"
"Yeah, or at least that's what my friend told me"
"Ok so why not start our date early?"
"Ummmmm, well" I do want to but it all seems so cliche.
"I know what you're thinking and no, we are not going to go on the "normal date" this one will be different." He said
"how so." I replied
"We are going to do everything that you would never do on a first date"
"Interesting, ok I'm in."
And as we step out of building and are blinded by the bright light, I only have two things on my mind Valentine's Day and the boy beside me
