Chapter 22

*Nash's POV*

I finish putting on my blue button up short sleeved shirt and my cacky shorts, then slip on my black vans. (Shirt in image attached)

I glance at my phone and see it's 4:55, I better go pick up Addi. I grab my keys and go out to where my jeeps parked, and hop in. I pull out of our driveway and across the street to her house.

I walk up her porch and take a deep breath, then knock on her door firmly. Seconds later Addi appears.

wow.

I admire her beauty as I look her up and down. I'm speechless, my mind goes blank.

I find my words and stutter "A-are you ready?"

She smiles and answers "Yep!" Then steps on the porch and closes the door behind her.

It's so weird I don't usually get nervous around her, but she looks so flawless.

*Addi's POV*

I answer the door and see Nash standing there looking attractive as always. I notice him look at me as he stands there with his mouth slightly open in awe.

He begins to speak but stutters "A-are you ready?"

It's cute that I have that affect on him, usually I'm the one to blush and get nervous it's weird seeing him like that for a change. It's actually really cute.

I answer "Yep!" Then step onto the porch.

"You look so beautiful babygirl." He says smiling as he continues looking at me.

"Thanks" I blush "You look really nice yourself." I giggle.

We walk to his jeep and before I can reach for the handle of the car door he is already opening it for me for me.

"My lady." He says bowing.

I laugh and say "Thank you sir."

I sit down and pull on my seatbelt as Nash gets in on his side. As we drive we talk about random things.

After a while he asks "So do you have any guesses as to where we are going?"

"Kind of.." I say with a confused expression.

"Where do you think?" He asks.

"A carnival or something like that?" I ask looking at him.

Just then he turns a corner and I can see a enormous Farris wheel through the car window, along with roller coasters and other types of rides. We get closer then he turns in the parking lot.

"Indeed we are." He says playfully.

We get out of his car and after opening the door for me we start walking to the entrance where the ticket booth is.

"Two wrist bands please." Nash says to the ticket lady, she's probably around 30 but her wrinkles say otherwise.

"$30 dollars." She says flatly.

He hands her the money then she grabs two neon green wrist bands off of the pile and sticks them around our wrists.

She says tell us that they have unlimited rides. So we thank her then walk away. I look around and see a variety of different things to do there's games, rides, food stands, and lots of sitting areas. Suddenly I see a giant stuffed dolphin almost the size of me.

I screech "NASHHHH LOOOK AT THAT DOLPHIN OH MY GOSH I NEED THAT IN MY LIFE!" Pointing at the basketball game.

Nash laughs and says "Let's go get it!" As we run to the booth dysfunctionally.

He hands the man $1 so he can play. The man gets 3 mini basketballs from under the counter and sets them in front of Nash.

"You have to make 2 to get a small prize and 3 to get a big prize. " the man says.

Nash nods then picks up one of the balls, he gets himself in position and with a flick of his wrist the ball goes right through the hoop with no troubles, same with the second shot. The last one isn't as simple, as the ball leaves his hand it goes strait toward the guy and accidentally hits him in the back of the head sending the ball bouncing against the back board and falling perfectly into the hoop. Me and Nash's mouth hang wide open in terror.

The man turns around and gives Nash the dirtiest look ever. He starts to open his mouth to say what looks like profanity but in a split second Nash grabs the dolphin and my hand smoothly. Then runs the opposite direction while we laugh hysterically. We sit at a bench clutching our stomachs dying of laughter, which makes us receive a lot of glares and confused looks, which only makes us laugh harder if that's even possible.

After we've finally calmed down Nash says "Well at least we got the dolphin.."

"Well that was an impressive shot you should've gotten two for that." I answer.

He chuckles then hands me the dolphin. "Whatchya gonna name it?" He asks.

I think for a second then the perfect name comes to mind "Naddi " I say smiling proudly.

"Omg it's our baby!" Nash squeals.

"Family photo" he says taking out his phone and taking a picture of Naddi between us while we do funny faces.

We look through the pictures then he posts one of me puffing out my cheeks and him doing a piece sign, while both of us made our eyes crossed eyed. He captions it "Family photo w/ our Dolphin baby, Naddi."

"I JUST HAD AN IDEA!" I say quickly.

"WHAT?" Nash answers curiously.

"We should do pranks!" I say.

His eyes light up. "YESSS!" He shrieks.
