" Mr Mayor you were elected in a campaign to clean up the city. When are you going to start? Man one asks. 

" I already have." 

" Like these two so-called Batman and Batgirl. We're hearing that they're doing good, criminals running scared."  On the radio. 

" Nah man, I don't wanna do this tonight," a man says to his friend, " what are you? superstitious? You got more chance in winning the Powerball then running into them!" 

  Police station. 

" That's not true. Our men in the major crimes unit are close to an arrest." 

A woman walks through the small office, " hey Wuaterz Mayor says your closing in on Batman and Batgirl. "

"The investigation is ONGOING," he says throwing a crumpled up paper into the trash misses, landing on his desk. 

' The process of cleaning up the streets is long gone. I pledge to my campaign, uh, to have.' 

Upon the police station roof, Gordon leans against the wall looking at the Bat-signal in hopes both of them come or one of them. 

"Ever intending to see your wife again, lieutenant?" 

" Thought you had to look after your mother detective." 

" Checked her back into the hospital." She says handing him a cup of coffee, " I'm sorry..." 

" So, they haven't shown up?" she asks.

Gordon shakes his head " they often don't. I like to remind everybody of their out there." 

" Why wouldn't they come?" 

"Hopefully... because they're busy."

Somewhere in Gotham, in a  garage.

Cars screech through the garage parking in their spots. They climb out of their cars shutting the doors behind them. One of the men looks up into the night sky seeing the Bat-signal, walking someone opens the back of the car, dogs barking. The main man walks to the back " this is why we bring dogs!" said with a heavy new york accent. Playfully grabbing one dog's scruff. " My little princess." 

Suddenly one of the goonies grabs someone from one of the cars " please, please. There crawling into my mouth. Please I'm begging you, take them off!" The man throws the person onto the ground. " Look what your drugs do to my costumers," Chen Chen said. 

" Buyer beware. I told you my compound would take you places. I never said the places you wanted to go to." Scarecrow says walking over to Chen Chen.

" My business repeat costumers." 

" You don't like what I have to offer. You can buy from someone else. Assuming Batgirl and Batman left to buy from." 

The dogs started to bark " MY DOGS ARE HUNGRY!"

" Pity there's only one of you."

One of Scarecrows thugs yells, everyone looks over to the thug who disappears.  

Chen Chen froze in his place, his face turns pale white.

Behind them another thug yells, they look over to him, he's gone too.

Out of nowhere a gun cocks, shooting the windows. Everyone runs to safety " that's not them." 

"LOSE THE DOGS!" Chen Chen orders, the thug holding them back released them running after the imposters. As their shooting at each other, suddenly the Batmobile crashes through the walls on top of two cars.  

Scarecrow up against his white vane looking at it " that's more like it." 

The thugs fired at the Batmobile it was unaffected. Suddenly the Batmobile fired behind the thugs exploding the concert, everyone runs screaming, the thugs took the chance of getting into their cars rushing away. 

Batgirl appears in front of one of the imposters grabbing quickly grabbing his gun from his hands slamming the back of the gun against his skull the imposter yelps falling on the ground. 

Both of the bats helped each other, she noticed that the white van screeches rushing down through the garage. Imposter 2 is getting attacked by the dogs, pulling on his clothing. Grabbing her Batgrapple shooting it at the imposter's foot pulling him away from the dogs. One of the dog's charges at the Bat but Batman gets in front of the dog grabbing it, he yells in the pain of the dog bitting through his suit she grabs the dog by its neck throwing it off of him. 

Helping Batman up who walks over to the ledge stepping onto the rail, Batgirl looks over to the imposters, annoyed and frustrated. Gathering the imposters tieing them up altogether. Kneeling down watching them. " Why don't you talk?" imposter one asks. In her response she gave an icy glare,  the man's face turns pale avoiding her eye contact. 

 Moments later Batman caught Scarecrow shoving the villain down taking off his mask, Scarecrow looks over to Batgirl, smirking. Batman looks over to the imposter " don't let me find you out here again." 

" We're trying to help you!" 

" We don't need help!" Batman replied.

As Batgirl walks over to the Batmobile climbing on top " I'm always free!" imposter 3 says to Batgirl climbing into the Batmobile. 

" Not my diagnoses" Scarecrow commented.

" What gives you the rights! What's the difference between you guys and me!" 

" We aren't wearing hockey pads"

" By the way I'm free!" 

Batman climbs into his seat " she's not available!"      

The goonie next to Scarecrow looked at each other he smirks at the imposter.  

The Bank Vault

" He can't resist showing his face," A woman says handing a paper to Gordon.

" What is he hiding under that makeup?"Gordon asks himself walking into an empty vault. Placing the picture of the Joker on the cart, looking over to his assistant only to see Batman and Batgirl standing next to each other. Gordon shows the picture of Joker looking at the camera.

The woman looks at the couple, her eyes staring at Batgirl who can tell she's annoyed with them. The woman looks over to Gordon, " give us A minute." She rolls her eyes walking away brushing herself against Batgirl who ignores her.

" Him again?" Batman asks, pulling out a device walking out to a stacked bill scanning it. " Where the others?" Batman asks.

" Another bunch of small-timers."

" Some of the marked bills I gave you."

" My detectives have been making drug busts with him for weeks this bank was another drop from that mob makes five. We found a bulk of their dirty cash." Gordon looks over to Batgirl, " do you talk?"

Batgirl only stares.

" No," Batman answers for her.

" Time to move in."

" I'd have to hit all the banks simultaneously SWAT teams back what about this Joker guy?"

" One man or entire mob he can wait."

" When the new DA hears about this it won't win."

" Do you trust him?"

" Time be hard to even out here Mrs Smmit-" Before Gordon both of them had disappeared.
