They Talked?

Biana pov;

 Fitz and Sophie had been gone for about two months now. Life had changed so much. Tam... Never talks, never smiles, not that he smiled or talked much before. But he never comes over. Every time I go to visit Linh and him he's never around. He's even missing school. Linh... still quiet, pretty, nice. She hasn't changed. Her and Wylie started dating and I have to say they're so cute! She trains a lot with her brother. But she hangs out with Marella pretty often. Dex... He has changed a lot! He suddenly got tall and muscular. He comes around often but he is always doing some project for the Blackswan. Marella... She seems to always be over when she can, but her mom is struggling badly . But she hasn't changed that much. Except she wears makeup more often and takes my advice for outfits! Stina... She became nice. Since team Valient is still a thing, we see each other pretty often. Wylie... He is a great leader but is always with Linh. And we only see him when we have missions.

 Life has been so hard, but its been really hard on me.  I keep waking up in strange places, not knowing what happened or why I'm there. My bodyguard says I keep sneaking out, but I have no clue where or why... 

 "Biana your father and I are going to visit Grady and Edaline, do you want to come?" My mom asked, taking out of my thoughts. "Ummm no. I am going to Linh's for training." I lied. "Oh, well have fun." And with that, she left. "You didn't tell me we were going out," Woltzer said, as I got off my bed and went to my closet. "Oops," I said with a smile and then closed my door to get changed. Training With Linh went the same as it always does, but what I was really looking forward to was bedtime! 

That night, I told my parents I was going to turn in early and headed up-stairs.

 Sophie/Brier pov;

Monica walked me and Thorne to the family room but she told us to hold her hands and keep our eyes closed. "Ok, on the count of three open your eyes. One... two... three!" She told us excitedly. When I opened my eyes there were two dogs sitting next to Atlas. A huge smile came across my face, they were so cute!!! I dropped to my knees and one ran the other just stood there looking at me like I was crazy. They were Rottweilers!!!!! "Brier, Thorne, this is Bruno and that is Sage. They are going to be your personal guards." "Well hello Sage," I said to the dog I was petting. "I have heard much about you two, but you seem less intimidating in person. I mean the Great Sophie Foster, hmmm, not impressed." Bruno said. "The Dog talked!" Thorne said behind me. "I'm not a dog, we are from the Cambel trib. We are companions, guards, protectors, to anyone that we need to be. We have been assisting men and women for centuries," Bruno said in response. Monica and Atlas were slightly laughing at our reactions. Sage moved away from me, "Hello, I'm Sage, as you know." Sage said in a sweet, spunky voice. " I have been assigned to Sophie Foster. And I will do all I can to comfort and protect her. And unlike Bruno, I will be making friends with my charge."  "Your willing to do this?" I asked still shocked. (Ha! I'm talking to a dog.) "Of course," they said at the same time. "Wait I thought we weren't that impressive?" I said to Bruno. "Ok, fine for teenage, you and the boy are very talented! But I came to protect and serve, not make new friends." As he said that, Sage let out a sarcastic snort. "Well, this will be fun!" Monica said clapping her hands.
